Bad Service
My son and 2 friends went to Trench Town in Observatory for the bottomless pizza about a week or 2 ago. The waitress Nyasha served them and was quite rude. They only got served 3 slices of pizza in over 3 hours of being there. When they complained or asked for more the waitress was very rude. When they asked for the manager, she told them he was not there. When asked for Pizza from other waiters they said no as they not serving that area. I complained to the Owner Antonio who looked on cameras and said they were at the bar and not at table. My son is not a drinker, and his 2 friends had a shake each. I told him he was looking at incorrect people and to get back to me however her did not come back who me after requesting feedback and I am still waiting. I am not prepared to pay R100 per person for 3 slices of Pizza and a rude waitress. 143 Lower Main Rd Observatory 7925 021 447 1787

KC Maintenance and Keegen Cornelius Disaster
KC Maintenance in not even worth 1 Star Review!!!! I hired Keegan Cornelius to convert our outside shed into a small studio He made many promises which were unkept Keegan has absconded from the Job not completing it and leaving a huge mess behind. He has left Live electrical wires open which is a danger to all of us including our pets. The ceiling beams are incorrectly done and a Danger to us to as is the roofing The flooring is uneven, and walls all have chips in it. and not completed properly He has not put the door in and the windows he put in were 2nd hand and broken while charging me extra for them he charged extra for carpets which are not in but they all marked and disgusting. The whole site is a danger zone and a mess. He left all the rubble behind which I had to pay extra to someone else to remove. His guys urinated against our outside walls and throgh left over food in the garden causing mice. I am distressed and shock at the competance and workmenship of Keegen and the staff. I now have to pay extra for someone else to complete and fix his mess. I will fight to get my money back as I dont bellieve I should pay for this disaster I would not recommend any to use Keegen or his company Stay away....Far Away

Worst Service Ever
Took my car there in full faith it would be fixed however after paying R11000 for a few repairs i get the car back worse than it was before. Back and forth for 3 weeks and it is still in a worse off condition. I don't know what these guys did to my car but when it came back it was filthy and interior was black inside. I now have to take my car else where to fix and pay again. I am shocked and disgusted and feel I was taken advantage of as a woman. I will NOT be going back. Least they could of done is refund me half the money due to them messing up my car and making further problems!!

PET PARLOUR Groomer in Tokai - Terrible Service
I sadly would not recommend this pet groomer based in Tokai. My sister took her Chow and my Chow Cross here and the poor dogs came back with a summer shave and hardly any fur on the one . We did not ask for this knowing a chow needs fur to regulate heat. The dogs are so traumatised and not them selves since being there. They just lie in 1 spot and don't move. They scratching their skin open. the chow even had a nick on her tail which she keeps licking. the dogs head was not even tidied up, she still had a few knots by ears. She was still wet when handed back and they did not even smell like shampoo as they usually do when visiting other groomers. I did complain and was told they will fetch her and redo head however I will not be sending her back as she is too anxious. We have had to put her on calmeze tabs I requested a full refund and was told I van get only R100 back. I have still not received this. The dog had to have top bought for her to protect her from sun and cold and medication since this incident. I was told on booking they would take 2 hours and they actually took 4 hours being shut in a small cage. This to me is animal abuse. I am shocked and disgusted The owner has told me to take my Review post down from Their Facebook page as she claims I am Lying. Why would i lie about my dogs being in distress and treated so badly. She could not even offer a full refund after taking off their fur. I am totally disgusted at how she treats her customers and their pets. I will never be taking these dogs back there.
