Treated like an illegal immigrant!!
I have been an account holder of FNB for almost 8 years. Ever since I arrived in South Africa from the U.K, I have never banked with anyone else. I have a Private Wealth account and I pay A LOT of fees each month for my various accounts including Credit Card, Debit Card, Savings Account, Ebucks & Wesbank Account. Every year the rules surrounding Ebucks gets worse, I have to accept it and move-on. However, the biggest draw card for me with FNB was using the Priority Pass International Lounge access, due to me travelling locally and internationally, this was the main reason I put up with the high fees with FNB. However, they have recently removed Priority Pass completely and replaced it with LoungeKey as a benefit to the Global Debit Card - sounds good, until I applied. I cannot get a debit card due to being British - no other reason, simply because I have no ID number - have you ever heard anything so ridiculous. I ALREADY have a debit card with FNB, a credit card with FNB, a Vehicle Loan with Wesbank, a 21 Fixed Term deposit account with FNB......but I cannot get this one because of my nationality. Its racist and prejudice from FNB. I am a good client, loyal and have paid ALL my fees, every month on time for 8 years - and the thanks I get is continuing price fees, less benefits and treated like a worthless illegal immigrant. DISGUSTING FNB!!

DO NOT USE- FOOD HYGIENE- 4 CUSTOMERS IN HOSPITAL!
Good Morning,<br> <br> Please note that we have made multiple attempts to contact you regarding our function on Saturday.<br> <br> Around 35 of the 40 attendees at our function came down with food poisoning with several landing up in hospital on drips.<br> <br> This was down to the products that you provided and we have doctors reports that prove this.<br> <br> Your lack of response is simply dumbfounding. <br> <br> We will now begin legal action as the cost to our business as well as hospital bills is escalating at a rapid rate.<br> <br> I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company with such poor duty of care.<br> <br> I expect an immediate response by 12pm today or you will be dealing with our legal department going forward.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE!!<br>
