took my car in May for repair , all been asking from them is damage report as the dealership needs it so can trade in the car 4 days later get to be put from pillar to post the so-called Shalaine phone is never answered get cut off reception cannot access their system promise me daily that will be sent till to date . now have to sit call them daily and no answer . even aske if i should drive to them email sent still nothing
Bought phone in March 2020 at mall of Africa , two months later the phone speakers stopped working did send it back two months later was told phone is ready only to find out that was not fixed despite being told was fixed .. phone sent back again which month later was told still at the store have not been collected after screaming then 5 weeks later was collected then got it back after almost 2months . Few weeks later again phone not working send it back now been told cannot be replaced as it’s warranty ended beginning of Oct . Should foschini made sure that phone was fixed and collected in time during first return would have picked it up before warranty collapse that phone still not fixed . Want foschini to refund me my money as I bought phone from them not MTN
Hi my name is Cleopatra on the 23rd was admitted to hospital waterfall for delivery of which had pre authorisation done with discovery for the 30th . Very unfortunate my child came in earlier on the 31st phoned discovery after realising all my hospital claims were not paid some were but from my medical savings was promised the issue will be resolved within 3 days . But only to discover my anaesthetic claim was not been paid then phoned requesting is gets to be resolved was put from pillar to post last call made to discovery was this week Monday and still that claim has not been resolved <br> <br> emails send through and all I get is the automated ref no but no respond <br> <br>
from the 15th feb been trying to contact the HUB regarding the above parcel which has been in transit since the 10th nobody answers the calls get to be put on hold for two hours .Email was send through the customer service which was given Ernest Dlamini and Rebecca Dladla tel no 011 961 -6000 which have sent the email on the 12th ,20th and also on the 24th asking where and when will I get the parcel of which none replied ... requested them on the 12th to change delivery address ... this parcel arrived in south Africa on the 12th of jan and is now over a month and I am still waiting ,,, Parcel no RK150785043CN<br> <br> Thanks <br> <br> Cleopatra<br> <br> <br> <br>
