I just want to wright about the service we received from vodacom. My husband made arrangements for payment for the 1st time since we have been clients of vodacom for years. Always pay on time ... for the 1st time we asked for help on our account because of a financial issue that will be resolved end of November. We asked them to please assist with some help and arranging with them to just give us time untill end of November and we will be able to settle the outstanding amounts on our vodacom. They said no problem no need to worry you have up to 3 month before cutting lines. They already cut our wifi because of one installment missed we told them that we will not go in arrears more than 2 installment. Still no help. We were true paying customers always making sure they are paid. We are asking for 1 time help and they treat us so bad. We realy thought they will help us in this short term struggle. We loved our provider but we are just another number to them. So heartbreaking and so sad for this. We realy had more hope in vodacom for assistance in time of need.
THIS PLACE IS BAD NEW AND THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO HELP PEOPLE IN NEED OF STEMSELL. YOU NEVER HEAR ANYTHING FROM THEM EVEN IF YOU WANT TO KNOW IF YOU ARE A MATCH TO HELP A CHILD. THIS SEEMS ALL LIKE A LIE THIS IS UNEXPLAINABLE
Very bad service dont take loans with these people. We settle a loan more than a year ago and just today got amail that the settle amount given to us was wrong and we now ow them ore than R6000 because the settlement amount was paid R800 short but we paid the amount that was given to us. I WANT A MANAGER TO PHONE MY HUSBAND ASAP THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL HOW COULD YOU DO THIS PHONE US A YEAR AFTER SETTLEMENT. After asking them to speak to manager the drop the call in my husbands ear.
THIS IS THE BADEST HEALTH AND PET INSURANCE. MAKE PROMISES THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN. ONE0LAN APP NEVER WORKING. BATTLE TO GET CLAIMS SETTELED. THE WHATSAPP CHAT IS EVEN WOURSE SOMETIMES TAKE LIKE A HOUR TO ANSWER YOU OR JUST STOP TALKING TO YOU ALL TOGETHER. HAD BIG PROBLEMS WHEN MY BABY SON GOT SICK. MOST PRACTICES DON'T WANT TO HELP IF THEY HEAR THAT YOU NEED TO CLAIM WITH ONEPLAN. I USED MORE THAN R600 AIRTIME FOR A PROBLEM ON MY PET INSURANCE STILL NOT SORTED AND THE CLAIM IS NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS OLD.
Great service fast and professional. Mojalefa is also a helpful and really nice person. Staff goes out of their way to assist their clients. Im very happy to be part of Prime
