I bought the solar string lights and was suppose to receive a keychain light. My order confirms I received it but was never included. Emailed the same day, and again. Then WhatsApp with no reply. After sales service non existent. Will never buy again from them.
This morning my neighbour contacts me to confirm whether I know that Vumatel is on my property digging trenches for the installation of Fibre for the property owner behind. I immediately went home to ascertain what is going on as I have at no given time gave permission to run cables through my property for the owners behind me. I phoned Vumatel, spoke to a person called Clayton who confirmed this is wrong and that this should have been discussed with me. He said he will escalate this to the Head of Installation, Johanna, to contact me. That was this morning at around 9H00. So far no response received. I also forwarded this in writing via email, no response. I do not understand how a company like Vumatel can think that it is "ok" to just do what they think is "good" on your property without approval?
I requested a quote online and was called promptly this morning by Gavin Pelger. Now I am not a call centre person and prefer to do my business online and then compare at my own time and the if I do have questions will contact the company or email. <br> <br> I had a GREAT experience this morning with Gavin Pelger and at no time was I bored, irritated or felt that this call must just one to and an end. He kept me focused and it is not easy over a phone...and I could feel his enthusiasm, smile and passion over the ohine which is a very rare skill to master when doing sales over the phone. <br> <br> It was all very clear that he KNOWS his products and business and I never felt that I am dealing with an uninformed individual. <br> <br> Well done Gavin and thanks for making me feel important this morning and for giving your undivided attention.<br> <br>
