Since DAY 1 that I arrived - First unit- we had trouble finding the unit as the resort area is so dark.. we then finallly found the unit… the roof was leaking and water all over the hairdryer and table and further it wasn’t the unit I initially booked - spoke to the manager he moved us to another unit… we had to pack everything up all on our own… NO HELP FROM STAFF and move to another unit the same night … - the 2nd unit- the mattresses were wet unit was dirty - the manager moved us to the 3rd unit and said I must WAIT until they find one… after I travelled by car over 10hours with kids … exhausted … I said we will eat at the dinning area while he gets the 3rd unit ready… - same night was finally moved to the 3rd unit … In this unit - we had NO wifi , the fans were not working, the aircon was not working - the unit had insects and was not clean The maintenance man sorted to the lounge fan that nearly fall on our heads however the room fan and the room aircon remain NOT WORKING!! And today since this afternoon — NO POWER at all IN THIS HEAT !!! Also the tv is a smart tv yet doesn’t connect to Netflix nor the internet nor screen sharing to your phone - the MAINTENANCE GUY IS SO GOD DAMN RUDE THAT HE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME I SHOULD TRY AND FIGURE IT OUT BECAUSE HE SAID IT DOESNT WORK - staff in total are unfriendly and not helpful… I received a call from main desk to return 2 pool towels that I used same day yet I am staying at the resort for a week. To go anywhere in the resort you have to walk and trust me the walk is not easy !!! The distance is madness. They don’t even allow you to use the carts or have people to take you to your unit. The power went off this afternoon around 3pm and was only restored at 10:45pm - I was told that the unit they moved me into does not have an invertor and further that they couldn’t reach the maintenance manager telephonically. I reported it to the booking manager, maintenance manager, duty manager and general manager. NEVER BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN!! Trust me it’s not work it and don’t book with them
I app**** for a new line and requested the fibre option. Till date the matter has not been attended too. I’m being pushed around between Metrofibre and Mweb. Pathetic service delivery!!! Left without internet for a week now
Absolutely Disgusting and Pathetic service delivery. Pizza was horrible disgusting not appealing at all. Didn’t eat it!! FELT SICK ! T&Cs on menu whereby if you share you pay an amount. Complained to management and filled a form yet got no response nor an apology, dishes were dirty, tip included in bill despite Pathetic service delivery. Tabasco sauce diluted like water and waiters had no disregard to jumping feet over a step making the entire table check when walking about.
Since the beginning of this year I noticed unauthorised debit orders on my credit card account for a reference such as INET/MOBIFEE. When I called to query as the amounts monthly were different I was informed that ABSA has been doing this based on the use of the mobile app and the number of times I used it.??? Which is ridiculous to say the least as I am already being billed for credit and bank charges and interest trying to lower my credit payments and looks like ABSA found a loophole to deduct even more money out of me. I urge all of you to look at your statements … I wouldn’t of known this if I didn’t take the time to do !! Poor pathetic service delivery to think other banks offer free usage and internet to use apps and then u get Absa wanting to drain you for every last rand knowing full well how bad the economy is and the recent pandemic and floods we had to endure. I WILL BE CHANGING MY BANK THEN STAYING WITH THIEVES LIKE ABSA !!
DO NOT SUPPORT OR GET INTO BUSINESS WITH ASA SERVICES. THEY SAY THEY OFFER GARDENING AND CLEANING SERVICES BUT THEIR SERVICE DELIVERY IS PATHETIC AND THEY MAKE THE OWNERS THEY SERVICE OUT TO BE LIARS - NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOR UNDERSTANDING AND LAZY EMPLOYEES. THEY DONT EVEN SUPERVISE THEIR STAFF. WORSE COMPANY TO ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH.
My husband and myself went to watch a movie at Gateway on Saturday 06 Feb 2016. We booked FINEST HOURS viewing in IMAX 3D. <br> <br> I was very disappointed in terms of the service delivery at the Refreshment counter. The movie was to start at 20h15 and we stood to get a few refreshments and popcorn etc for over 45minutes only entered the cinema after 9pm only to find we missed the beginning of the movie. <br> <br> While standing in the popcorn queue I decided I will go downstairs to see if I could get served quicker, and left my husband to continue following the line, only to find after following that queue that it was for only pizzas. I asked the teller there is popcorn filled in your machine why aren't you selling the popcorn? she stated that they are only selling pizzas- yet failed to display any notification or sign of this!!! I rejoined my husband upstairs and when we finally got served - our spirit and excitement of watching the movie faded away. <br> <br> I am really disappointed with your service delivery and to think our movie tickets costed over R175 and popcorn over R70... Truth be told if im paying so much for that ... I expect good service , peace of mind and watching a complete movie
