Poor quality paints from City Paint and Tool.
City Paint and Tool supplies a very poor QDE / ADE / Alkyd paint. It is very thin (probably thinned out) and covers poorly. It contains dirt and impurities. Their colour matching is terribly and we often have tins with greatly varying colours in the same batch ordered. Complaints to their sales counter always falls on deaf aers. I will rather pay more and buy better quality paints somewhere else.

Afrihost not resolving problems with domain
Our domain keeps on being blacklisted for spam???? WE DO NOT SPAM OR SEND MULTIPLE EMAILS TO RANDON PEOPLE!!!<br> It always appear to be [URL Removed] who blacklists our domain and it is costing us valuable business as we do not receive order numbers sent to us or our quotes are not delivered after being mailed to our clients.<br> I expect Afrihost to resolve this as I have found other people using Afrihost experiencing the same problem and that it seems that [URL Removed] has somehow attached its service to their servers. The end result in going into [URL Removed] to resolve the problem is to sign up to their service for 30 dollars a months. THIS IS EXTORSION!!!<br> I am irritable and this has gone on long enough.<br> <br> Richard Donaldson.

Email issues not being attended to.
We have been plagued by email problems the last few weeks in that emails sent most often not being received by our clients, despite our outbox showing that it has been sent. Our clients also complaints to us that their emails sent to us gets returned as undelivered. I have logged the problem online on 3 separate occasions, WITH THE LAST TICKET NUMBER BEING Ticket ID: YQR-208-80187, and promptly receive a reply, but then after that nothing further happens and the problem persists. The consultant stated that our domain sits on a server that is currently facing loading problems, WTF??? Sort the issue. Not the first time either. I have lost a huge amount of work and this has resulted in staff being laid or placed on short time since then.<br> Trying to phone the helpline is also a problem as the line is so bad that you cannot here a word and given up on that avenue as well.<br> I have attempted one last report and will move to another service provider if this fails.<br> I do not recommend Afrihost to anyone at this stage as their consultants have no inclination to assist and see a problem through. THE SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR AFFECTED JOBS!!!

Non payment of accounts
Hoistmaster contracted my company to look after new goods lifts installed by them in the Transkei area.<br> Every time we conducted warrantee repair work, they questioned everything. We only undertook work on run of the mill issues, and contacted Hoistmaster if it was a serious mechanical issue as they have the final authority in attending to such claims.<br> I subsequently learnt that this company has a track record with taking short cuts on work and often not paying their subcontractors in full, or even in part.<br> The client (Shoprite) situated in Mqanduli is still without a working lift and this goes a long way in showing how committed Hoistmaster is to dedicated client services and paying their subcontractors on time for honest work completed.
