Damaged furniture
They just hire a truck from Value Logistics and some general workers. They dont wrap furniture as per their terms and conditions resulting in scratches and dirty mattresses etc. They dump your beds on the sand on the pavement. They lost the foot for our washing machine and we could bot use the machine for two weeks while we source the part and pay out of our own pockets, after they were paid R10000 they ignore emails.

GoSolr's *********** electricians
Rented system from GoSolr installed 27 June. Since day 1 power has been flickering/ tripping. 5 phone calls and 4 site visits over the last two weeks. Nobody has been unable to find the fault. One didn't even have a multi meter with him. It is now 2 weeks later and the power still flickers constantly. Had enough, want the system removed. Regret ever trusting Gosolr.

Uneven Flooring Surface Viva Gym Fourways
After repeatedly injuring my back while making use of the squat rack at VIVA GYM Fourways, I discovered that the surface of the floor is not level in certain spots. I confirmed this by taking a spirit level along with me and measuring the floor in the squat rack. After informing an employee on duty (Jabu) on 07/09/2019 and demonstrating to Jabu with my spirit level that the floor was clearly not level in certain spots, Jabu logged a report and promised that Ben Wilsenach the club manager would contact me shortly. On 10/09/2019 I received a call from club manager Ben Wilsenach who informed me that they have done their own measurement and they disagree with me even after informing him that I measured with a spirit level. I asked him for an opportunity to demonstrate this to him, which I was denied, and was simply told he would double check. What has clearly happened is that the vinyl/PVC tile has warped. This is a very cheap fix as these tiles cost around R200 each, and surely a commercial gym floor would be under warranty ? The attitude of Ben Wilsenach the club manager, was very defensive and dismissive. I am currently locked into a contract with VIVA GYM Fourways and I am afraid to make use of the squat rack for fear of injury. As one would imagine, any sort of spinal loading on an uneven surface increases the risk of injury due to uneven distribution of weight..

Fixed leaking pipe, damaged wiring
I called Brandons Pool Care in Lonehill to come and repair a leaking pipe on our pool's pump. They fixed the leaking pipe, but damaged the wiring, causing our houses electricity to keep tripping repeatedly. I then called the owner Kevin ( ********** 503) and he said he would send his electrician to come and fix the problem, which he did but then billed me for it, even though his own staff had caused the problem. The staff on the phone were very evasive and were not professional at all. They do not return any of my calls and the owner no longer answers his cell phone.
