I bought a slice of the baked chocolate cheese cake. It was old, like rubber . The cream cheese was yellow in colour. I called to complain and spoke to a lady by the name of Leo. She said she will investigate. When she called she **** and said the piece of cake I bought was cut this morning from a frozen cake. If anyone knows, their cakes are generally frozen and fresh. When I told her it can't be and she was lying, I said I will return the piece of cake and show them in front of customers, she quickly changed her story saying she was still investigating.
Took my car , a Mazda CX5, for a service and battery replacement. The quote was quite high nevertheless I gave the go ahead, when I went to collect my vehicle Charmaine Ludeke advised she discounted my invoice, which I was happy. A few days later my battery light come on while driving. I called to find out as according to me the battery was replaced. Just to find out this was not the case and the so called discount Charmaine gave me was actually removing the battery replacement from my invoice. I was annoyed and took my vehicle back and paid for the battery replacement. Didn't even get a sorry from Charmaine for her horrible service. A few months down the line.. i got told I needed to replace my shocks, control arms, etc... Got a quote for parts and labour for about R45k. I went back to Mazda Lazarus Centurion and ask if they could do something to bring the prices down bit as I was a loyal customer them for the past 3 to 4 years and always did my service and maintenance with them. Charmaine L. The service advisor told me the vehicle is old that why the pricing is so high. My car is only 7 years old. It's like they are charging me for a 2024 model. I got pricing for other RMI dealers who were much cheaper and went back to Mazda Centurion to let them know, I got told there's nothing they can do. I eventually proceeded to do the maintenance required @Mazda Hatfield. Who quoted me 50% less thelan Mazda Lazarus Centurion. I am so pleased with the service I received from the Hatfield team. Great service from Cyril and Carina. I will not take my vehicle back to Lazarus Centurion anytime soon. BAD SERVICE AND OVER PRICED. THEY DONT CARE OF ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
The banking app is terrible, everytime I try to log in there is an error. I have to try about 10 times before it logs me in and them I still can't do anything. I have bee a customer for Iverson ten years, it's frustrating, I'm going to move to FNB or Standard bank.
My contract came to an end and vodacom is still debiting my account. I called and spoke to Sinawo who tried to assist me to get my refund but couldn't did not resolve my issue. The customer services supervisor Zanele said she would call me back or they would have an account specialist call me to resolve my issue. No call yet but they are quick to take my money.

When I got there the error was removed and the consultant told me she was able to bring the price down. I was obviously happy about that. A couple days later the same error appears. I called in and the technician told me the battery was not changed. I asked for a printed receipt showing me what was replaced.. and the battery was not there... so they lied about replacing it and under false pretense told me the amount was reduced.. not know it's because they dud t replace the battery. The error still appears and my stop and start does not work. Feeling like I should trade my Mazda in for another brand. Never had this issue with Audi.

Old mutual finance is the worst. First they don't accept salaries on time, then they offline when you need to use the app. Even more disgusting I lost my bank card and switched it off on the app. I reported it using the emergency number, the agent advised she would cancel the card.Went to get a new card at the branch the next day, the agent called the money account team and was advised to call IT as they could not assist. Waited for a long time in the branch as the agent could not get hold of IT.After 3 attempts of calls waiting for over an hour IT answers the phone and advised he did not know what the lady did on my account and he could not fix it and supply my new card.How can they not know how their own systems work, total lack of knowledge and really unprofessional I've never been so disappointed as I could not access my funds and need it over the long weekend. What bull****, useless service from old mutual as a company.My issue is not with the branch but with the company as a whole. I guess this is what you get for not using a real bank. Cancelling my account and moving to a real bank.#Standard Bank or # FNB here I come.
Wrong product no refund. Totally useless. Do not order from them. Even the delivery guy stated that it not the first time customers are complaining about them giving the wrong product. They are stealing our hard earned money. Service sucks. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Really horrible service from fnb. We took out a funeral policy, claimed the same day of the death and have still not been paid out. Spoke to consultants kuku and jenifer. Totally useless and bad service. We completed all the forms over the phone and submitted all documents the same day. They called the next day and asked we complete the same damn form again WE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THEY RECEIVED ALL DOCUMENTS, NO PAYOUT. Lucky we took a policy with Absa and that paid out a few hours after claiming. Its been 72 hours and still no payment and no contact has been made. We will be cancelling all services and bank accounts with fnb. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. IF WE DIDNT HAVE ANOTHER POLICY WE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN DEBT DUE TO FNB. THEY DONT MAKE ANYTHING EASY.
