During Covid until present , Investec has gone down . Private bankers and support is very poor . Your app is a joke , BOP codes are non existent. When you ask them to be updated . You get told to log on . YOU HAVE A APP , load all the BOP codes . What the point in the ****** app then .
They have lost the title deed which was not sent to the bank, now having to pay a extra month of interest on my bond due to them not doing there job which they were paid to do. Have not even followed up to apologize or offered to settle amount.
What company charges their clients a activation fee for everything , surely everything is computerized . Now you want some ridiculous amount of money to load my profile which you have had for years , so tell your CEO he can't have a bonus this year as you dropping the activation fee for your clients .
<p>Sent a e- mail requesting my landline/internet to be cancelled on the 15/3/2016 . They cancelled the landline on the 1st of April 2016 but never closed the Internet facility until August 2016 . Then charged me for the additional months which I did not pay and now the lawyers are continuously hassling me for payment . Been to the Telkom store about 6 times and they log a complaint and nothing gets resolved . </p>
