Misrepresented Faulty Ford EcoSport Sold – No Accountability from Seller I bought a Ford EcoSport from Mr. Corne Lingenfelder on 20 November 2024, based on his promises that the car was accident-free, in excellent condition, recently serviced, and came with a 6-month warranty. From the moment I took delivery, I encountered multiple serious issues: Rattling noises from the door panels and “dashboard” Faulty air conditioning and warning sings as I have got proof of all of them and communicated with Corne and he disregarded all my pleading Undiagnosed mechanical issues underneath the vehicle Signs of prior damage/poor repairs Despite raising these issues immediately with Mr. Lingenfelder (with proof via WhatsApp), he kept delaying, failed to follow through on his commitments, and ultimately refused to take any responsibility. His final response on 16 May 2025 was dismissive: > "Ek kan nie die voertuig staan en nuut maak en dit is wat jy nou van my verwag." (“I can’t make the vehicle new again, and that’s what you expect from me.”)( These are Corne’s direct words as WhatsApp conversation) I purchased this car in good faith, trusting the representations made. Instead, I’ve been left with a defective car, empty promises, and no meaningful support. This is not how any customer deserves to be treated. I have reported this matter to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa (MIOSA) and will pursue all available channels until this is resolved. 📌 If you're considering buying from this seller – beware.
Ons het vandag ons seuntjie na die Spur gevat om sy verjaardag te vier. Ek het gevra vir ' n side dish pampoen en spinasie, dit was regtig baie sleg ek kon dit nie eet nie. My seuntjie is ook aangerand by die trampoliens wat ons genoodsaak het om maar liewer op te pak en huistoe te gaan, dink nie ons sal hul gou weer ondersteun nie.
