Hi. I booked a repair for my tv around the 22nd of November 2024. So here’s my experience with this entire process. Booked service call. Agent booked a call out with incorrect service centre which doesn’t cover my area. Had to wait a few days for bookings to be allocated to a service centre near me. Waited around 2 weeks for service centre to come out to us. Tv was collected and returned 3 days later. All well for a few days. Tv had same problem 6 days later. Called in again on the 12th December. To date no call from Samsung or the service centre and no updates. Is this the quality of repairs / workmanship that Samsung accepts from its service centres. Being such a massive company in this country I ask you if this is acceptable. I keep getting the same run around every time I call in. And in fact the agent confirmed that the service centre only closes on public holidays This is really unacceptable and needs to be resolved urgently
