I made a purchase on Thursday 19 June. The purchase was confirmed, however there were no courier details confirmed. To date, I have been making follow ups on email and WhatsApp with no responses. Important to note, this company responds promptly to pre purchase queries as compared to when they have already received your money. Very disappointing!
I'm on Pricelock since April, and ever since there has never been a month where I don't call the customer care line. It's either double or extra billing or disconnection due non payment, while they've debited my bank account. None of my queries were ever resolved to my satisfaction. Even the consultants don't have answers, nor a direct number for the department. As I speak they've billed me extra again and I've been sent from pillar to post. I've decided I'll just go to my bank, reverse the damn payment and pay the agreed amount. I've never been so frustrated! Lucy
