Adendorf Welkom - Excellent service.
Excellent service. I bought a drill long time ago at Adendorf Welkom. After a couple of years I guess about 6 years it broke. I went to Welkom and told them its not working and I understand that its out of guarantee. They could not fix it so they send it to JHB and they told me they couldnt fix it. They gave me a new drill for less than half price because they said I looked well after it. Best service ever!!

MTN is very very useless
Struggle for months to get real help. When I call the call centre the agent told me everything is fine on our side the problem is on side. Then my friends who is with MTN have the same problem. The agents lie everytime to me. The complaints department dont give me feedback. If I call to speak to a manager or supervisor they tell me they cant put me through they will call me back and it never happen. Conclusion: Call centre lie, managers dont call me, complaints department dont give me feedback.

Dont buy Efergy products
I bought an Efergy Logger from Voltex and there is no person from Efergy to help me. Volrex really tried to help me but Efergy is super useless. You can email them and there is no feedback at all. I tried all the email adresses on the internet and they just ignore me. There is no person in the whole South Africa to talk to from Efergy. Please dont buy or sell any of their items there is NO HELP available from them
