Extremely disappointed- this insurance company does not assess and repair properly - they take short cuts and purposely avoid fixing things after having an accident. Pathetic service delivery and customer satisfaction. Avoiding my calls and email requests- not bothering to call me back or tell me what’s happening with my car.
I purchased a Samsung tumble dryer under the pretence that I would receive vouchers to the value of R4k … I registered through Samsung and was told I would receive my vouchers in 14 business days - it’s now going onto over a month and when I contacted Samsung they told me they cannot tell me when I will receive the vouchers. I contacted Save but still have had no feedback! Completely False advertising!
So disappointed…. I have to register my son and daughter for grade 12 this year and Teneo does not have any contact numbers for me to obtain their grade 10 reports - I have phoned every single number on their website but it is clear to see that they do not want to communicate telephonically at all … you have to request on their ticket system and no one has got back to me - my children’s future depends on those 2 reports and now I have not been able to register them for grade 12. Bottom line: Teneo is useless with communication! I am frantic and don’t know what more to do 😢
