We would like to extend our deep gratitude from the relatives and also the St Bonifatius Parish for the professional and caring handling of the funeral arrangements of Father Ernst Halbe. The funeral arrangements were of a special challenges as it took place on a private farm 300 km away from Johannesburg in the Waterberge near Bulge Revier.
My dogs have been insured with DotSure pet insurance since many years and I find their service excellent. They have a very fast response, claims are processed correctly and usually paid within a day max 2 days.
Benmore shopping center sports the most disorganized parking system. The exit card reader does not work even if a ticket was validated by either the QR code provided by PicknPay or when paid for at the ticket machine. To boot the parking office is staffed by incompetent staff which only blames load shedding and any other issue and is not interested in customer queries. I am trying to avoid parking at the shopping Centre as much as possible though it’s the closest for me. The management better pulls their socks up. Their parking management is letting down the good tenant mix
Took my Honor phone to service center to change the battery. Receptionist decided that to replace the battery the cpu had to be replaced. Absolutely incompetent staff. Next flight I took the phone to Huawei service in Kuala Lumpur where battery was changed for about R350. There are light years between Africa and Asia I guess
Bonline booking was made and as far as the vehicle was concerned all went fine, however, Avisa helped themselves to 2 different deposits blocking my credit card with an amount 3 times the booking value. Even after the final invoice is received they have the cheek to ask the customer to release the blocked amount as it's none of their business. As far as invoicing and payment are concerned they are are an incompetent lot.
I would like to certify Discoveries absolute incompetence when handling the booking for Covid vaccination for my daughter: • We went into the connected Care online system and saw that she could be booked for a second vaccination after having received the first one on 21 Oct 21 • A booking was made for 3 December 0800 am and also shown in the Discovery App • We went to Discovery Plaza in Sandton where all details were verified, vaccination record was checked together with her passport details and Discovery Member Card • When going through the final registration prior to the actual vaccination we were told that she does not qualify for a vaccination Why does this company advise us to book, provide a time slot, double check the available documents and then reject the vaccination. As a customer we are paying a lot of money for insurance including support for the RSA collapsed non-insured vaccination system and my daughter of German – Japanese decent get conveniently rejected. Makes one wonder!
1 week after taking out our pet insurance our puppy had a poisoning issue which required hospitalisation. Our insurance with exces booster covered the full hospital bill. The processing of the claim was very efficient and I am glad to be insured with Dotsure! Thank you
