Very bad experience with Marci, I have ordered on the 20th Dec 2024, I have send an email following up and Instagram inbox, no respond and not even an update or apology for delay
Not happy at all with their after service, they did the kitchen for us, in less than 3 months the handles started loosing colour, we contacted them and to this date we never got any help, we spoke to Charles and he always promise to come and sort this out, last time when we follow up when nis he coming to sort out this, he responded by saying we must send a letter, very bad service
Been experiencing a very poor service from Supersonic, it's almost going for a month since a placed an order for installation, I am the one who always follow up, today when I am following up I am being told my order is been closed for them to open a new order they need my proof of residence, poor customer service from even their call center agent
Supersonic is super bad regarding their service for the past 5 days without network, I spoke to number of the call center agent who always promise to escalate and send technicians, same story from their agents, I am soo hopeless after being told today that they can't help me over the weekend, my job is in the line didn't meet targets for the past days due to this,
