I have received since 2019 marketing SMSes from Nanita Dalton Laser Skin & Body Institute. The marketing SMSes do not give you a option to OPT out or unsubscribe. You are forced to phone them. I have done so many times. On 9:50AM 4 Feb 2019 i was told that i am removed from the system. This was a lie. I have received several SMSes since and again this week. They just do not care. Our Business have been using Standard Bank for the last 16 years. We record all our calls and it is absolute shocking to discover the dishonesty of some Standard bank staff, the lack of competence and accountability - some will even give false names, some will make false assurance and will repeat it several times. There is also a serious lack of competence as we have been assured several times that issues are resolved just to discover that that is not the case. Some staff do not even understand the issue and would simply forward the call back to the auto attendant and we have to start all over - this has happened 7 times. We have 4 recordings made during last week were we have been assured that x or y will give us feedback within the hour or later the day. This never happened. We have emailed our business manager at the branch 5 times ... he did not respond once. To contact him is or anyone else at the branch is another story This is really not acceptable. We have been on the phone for around 3 + hours last week and only got false assurances that issues are resolved Should we move on to other financial providers that would provide us with better service ?
We have 3 lines with telkom and one VDSL and two DSLs line.<br> <br> We have requested cancellation on 27 Jan 2016for one line. To date we have had no feedback at all. We have emailed 4 times to [Email Removed] with all the documents and also could not get any feedback telepathically.<br> <br> We also have a second line that has been degraded. The DSL 10mb is now only 1mb and there is an open fault since 12 January 2016. We cannot log another fault because there is still an open area fault so no one can help. This will be another line that will be cancelled as we simply cannot work like this.<br> <br>
