Always friendly and helpful and service is very professional.
Our installation for fibre was booked for 12 June, but we could not see a junction box outside our house. After plenty calls, the box was fitted on Tuesday 9 June. On 2020-06-12 at 08h00, they asked to move the time to 10H30, then at 11am I called and they asked for another hour. Then mid afternoon, they asked for 16h00. We called at 16h30, then they asked to do next day On Sat 13 June, they arrived to install, only to discover no cable inside the junction box on the pavement. They cannot provide any update as to when we will get service Note : OUR TELKOM SERVICE STOPPED 12 JUNE – NO MORE ADSL SERVICE – because we were due to get fibre service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The CLOSED CIRCUIT team leader (Smart Phiri) takes his mask off inside the house and questions me if I am worried when I asked him to put it on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (“Are you OK sir – why are you worried”) Were these guys properly briefed on COVID safety protocols??????? I cannot get over the absolute poor level of service being rendered by these sub contractors, and how it will always look bad against VODACOM Social media appears to have plenty of negative comments as well with people warning other to stay clear of VODACOM I need feedback on the issue URGENTLY please – escalated if need be
<p>My Jawbone Up status lights flash randomly during the day and the band doesn’t seem to have any information on it. When I sync to my app it connects but no information is entered on the app.</p> <p> I have done a soft and hard re-set and I have uninstalled and installed the app on my phone again, but still no joy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I made contact with Quantified Living in Johannesburg ********** 330, who have, without looking at or asking too many questions, told me it is end of life of my Jawbone Up.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband bought this for me about 2 years ago, but I have only actively being using this since September last year.</p> <p> </p> <p>So, you can imagine my shock and disappointment when I was told that this is “end of life”.</p> <p> </p> <p>Would not recommend this product at all, and many because of the lack of support.</p> <p> </p>
