Quick effecient support. Been with KP for the past 7 years. Completely totalled my car a few years back, no hassle paid out the claim. Also, I was not "penalized" with a higher premium on my new vehicle.

I was in a bad accident recently as to where my 2018 Audi S3 was written off by King Price. John Short was the accessor that was assigned to my policy. He promptly made and appointment with me to come and sit down and work through the events leading to the accident. At no point did I feel that he was "trying to catch me out". He was sincere and very understanding. I believe the best course of action is to always be honest, and that he was. After our meeting, at my premises, he left and went to look at the accident scene. Gave me a call to confirm 100% that he was in the right place as to not have any confusion. He did his assessment and went to look at my car, gave me a few more call with a few questions and that was that. I waited about 2 weeks for the claim to be settled as to 1 week being waisted as my cars license disk had expired. - Would account this as to being my fault. All in all, I honestly cannot complain as to any aspect the claim was handled. The communication from him was excellent, I received daily updates and he explain all the processes as to where my claim was and where it would go from there. I was pushed for time and accepted a quote from another insurance house as king price didn't get back to me on time and I needed to take delivery of my vehicle. I will however get in cotact with them for a quote. Just a side note, during the pandemic and when it started, they gave me a call and offered me a lower premium for my vehicle on a different plan. I accepted this and saved some money. Don't think any other company would actually try and save you money so big ups to KP for that.
Service was great until I needed to open up my NAT Type. Rain has either no idea of what I am talking about or their techs are not educated. I need to have my NAT OPEN to be able to access my cameras from outside my house. Get in contact with me ASAP.
