Hi Cash Crusaders Management, I trust you are well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor service and lack of accountability I experienced at your Savannah branch in Polokwane. On 07 February 2026 at 10:41:29, I purchased a TV after the salesperson, Boya Reebogile, assured me it was a suitable and good option for Xbox gaming. I paid in full and left the TV in the store for later collection. After reviewing the product online, I discovered that it is *not* a good gaming TV at all. The following Sunday, I returned to the Savannah branch to request a refund or at least some form of assistance, especially since the TV never left the store and I had not even seen it physically. Instead, I was told the 7‑day return period had passed by one day, and therefore nothing could be done. This was despite the fact that the product remained in your possession and was sold to me based on incorrect information provided by your own staff. I then requested to speak to the branch manager. After waiting a long time, she finally assisted me. She was initially helpful and it seemed she would resolve the matter, but after speaking to her superior, she returned and informed me that they would not assist me in any way. No refund, no exchange, no alternative solution – nothing. I was simply told to take the TV. This is unacceptable. The product was misrepresented by your salesperson, and the TV never left your store. The refusal to assist – especially under these circumstances – reflects extremely poor service and a complete disregard for customer fairness. I left the TV at the store and am now escalating this matter to Head Office. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly. I have send Cash Crusaders Franchise, yesterday morning a e-mail regarding the issue, with no response from their side. Please contact me urgently. I am the co-owner of a business in South Africa, and I’ve been harassed by so-called “Business Directory” ****mers since 2016. They’ve resurfaced again in 2025—same tactics, same threats.
Just keep on harrasing me,every few years..I have not signed anything.. Everytime I said they my cancel everything..then I must pay R1500.00 for my cancel subscription and then every now again they send me ITC orders...it can't go on like this....please assist..can't send me a contract or any proof of a adverti*****t just keep on demanding....how can they get away with this...please help...help...help
Hi Hello Peter<br> <br> I went over my cheque account statement & realised there is 2 Debit Orders that is going off my Cheque Account for the amount of R208.07(Ref.GUARDRISK DAURRIS6062406D905) & R314.19(Ref.GUARDRISK GUARIS874094DP05).And to my shock I realised that I don't have any policies or signed any debit orders of Guardrisk.This is going on now for months.So when I tried to sort it out over the telephone the lady said that I must give her my policy number,which I don't have because I don't have a policy at Guardrisk.then I said if I can talk to a superior or manager there,she put me through the telephone just kept ringing & then it went dead.I phones again the lady ask me for a reference on my debit order,I gave it to her,but she said I must hold on for a minute,where she cut me off again.Please help Hello Peter.So that this problem can be solved.<br> <br> Regards Gerhard
