I received a call in April to upgrade to a sim only deal. When my statement and invoice arrived they included a handset installment fee that I did not purchase or agree to. I have been sent pillar to post for months trying to remove this from my account and get a refund. I did not purchase a handset with them and never have so why am I being charged??? If I could give zero stars I would! Remove this handset installment from my account
If I could give zero stars I would. I provided criteria of what I require assistance with and paid the administration fee. I received an email confirming the interview date. I sent a follow up email to that confirmation with additional questions and it went unanswered by both Chipo and Nota. On the day of the interview we arrived early as we were supposed to begin at 10h00. When we left at 10h30 non of the candidates had arrived even though we were assured that they were supposed to arrive at 09h30. I still have no heard from the business regarding my refund. I sent a whatsapp message to the business cell nber listed which apparently belongs to Nota and she has yet to respond. There is no communication at all both on email or whatsapp. I want my money back as the service was not provided and I instead drove all the way for nothing. This is a **** of note and a very unprofessional and disappointing experience
