Its been over a week now and I am still awaiting a follow up call regarding the refund that will be processed. The consultant advised me that the services was now PROPERLY CANCELED and will forward information regarding the refund to the refund team. That was on the 4 Jan, it is now 11 Jan and I still haven't heard a thing. <br> Please refund all amounts that was debited from my account as I have requested all services to be canceled.<br>
I have a huge problem . SOMU sim takes a debit order from my account and I have requested to cancel 2 months ago. However this is the 3rd month a R60 was debited and a R100 for PAYMENT TO 1271144458, I don't know what the debits are for<br> . <br> All I want is for all unknown services to be canceled and refunded 2 of the 3 R60 as well as the R100 as I have requested to cancel all services after the 1st R60 debit order was deducted<br> <br> REQUESTING REFUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING :<br> <br> SOMU SIM VN-11286016-3<br> SERV FEE 0673762628<br> <br> SOMU SIM VN-11286016-3<br> SERV FEE 0658641580<br> <br> R100 for PAYMENT TO 1271144458,<br> <br> + 1 more debit thereafter<br> <br> all this needs to be refunded as it was unauthorized debits as a request to cancel was submitted. A confirmation email was received stating all services was canceled.

I applied for a loan on 11 Feb 2015 and was advised that the loan of R2000 has been approved and it takes up to 24 hours for the funds to be transferred to my account (shown on the website as well), however it is now the 16th Feb 2015 and I am still waiting for the funds. All documentation has been submitted. I have made numerous calls to Finchoice and am being told every time that my application is in progress and is with the back office department. Why does the website show up to 24hrs when it takes longer than that? Surely that is FALES ADVERTISEMENT.....
