Stefan and his team was quick to respond - easy with WhatsApp. Reasonable quotation. Work was carried our as planned on the correct date. Great workmanship and also took initiative to correct a few smaller issues as well, which I didn't even know about. I would definitely recommend them, because they were prepared to assist me with a small repair job. Most of the other guys only want new installations.
It is totally impossible to get a fault reported at Telkom if you are a home fibre user. I have tried 10210 and when you get through (after at least 20 minutes), the operator takes another 30 min because "their system is slow". You are promised a SMS with your reference number, but that never happens. When you call again, there is no record of your previous call?! How can an ICT company have such a poor system? I upgraded my fibre connection to 50Mbps in November and started paying for it the next invoice (that system works extremely well), but even today, I am still running on 20 Mbps... It is so frustrating. Emails are not answered, the online chat times out because the operator waits too long for the "slow system". Does anybody have a number or email address I can contact?
I have purchased a Freezer online in the 11th of Feb. The promised delivery date was the 19th of Feb. They never delivered and worst is that they did not bother to contact me. Since then I am on call center calls and no-one can confirm when I will get delivery!? The call center agent can only apologize and tell me that someone will call me back. That’s it - you wait mr Customer until we want to call you. Worst service ever. Why can’t they just contact (call, sms, email, anyway) and let me know delivery is delayed and the new date is now whenever.
