Return issue
I had a bad experience with Ackermans in Atlas Mall Benoni- bought items in Eastgate mall using voucher card, when tried to return to Atlas Mall was told that I can not be given my money back only the voucher and to my surprise I have returns things in East rand mall and was able to be given money back -the supervisor refused even though the staff member was willing to assist

Worse service
I got the Mtn home internet of R339 yesterday and its still not active tried to call customer service one of the agent muted me Nolukholo Ndabeni been calling since yesterday since no help
