*****ulent claim on my late mother's policy
I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my late mother's policy. Unfortunately, I have discovered that someone has *****ulently claimed against the policy without my knowledge or consent. I received an email from Kagiso Moiloanyane who told me who had claimed and when but did not have the decency to let me know how this can be rectified. I rep**** to his email requesting my mother's policy documents and an explanation as to how this other person was able to claim and that email was ignored.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed in. If you value your sanity and peace of mind STAY AWAY. They also don't refund your deposit back on time, It's been more than 21 working days and my refund has still not been processed, after all the phone calls and emails no one has bothered to get back to me. They'll tell you to send an email to their finance lady Unike, who doesn't even have the decency to reply to emails. STAY AWAY!!!
