Why is it at every Pick n Pay your tellers attitudes stinks? I go to the Boksburg, Oakfields, Lakefield and Brentwood branches. Your tellers and packers for some reason always have comments about what is being bought. Either my child is a spoilt brat, money to waste bla, bla, bla. It seems your tellers and packers think I dont understand what they are saying in their language. It seems every time I have gone any of your branches it a bad experience. Your tellers lack professionalism. This is the very reason I go to Woolworths, there are no packers who comment what you are buying. They are friendly and great you with a smile. You seriously need to review customer satisfaction and how to handle your customers. At the express till the teller refuses to pack your things in bags and tells you there are no packers here, you need to do it yourself. Woolworths don't have packers either. There is a reason why Woolworths class is a different level. Thanks for making my shopping experience bad. Have a look how often I shop at your branch on my smart shopper card? Don't bother phoning me, I am not interested in your sugar coating the story. Its at all your stores. Well done Woolworths.
I handed in my watch to have the flat battery exchanged two weeks ago. I have had my Garmin watch for 4 years now. My runs have been a pleasure with this watch. I look after my watch. Only to have to keep phoning to find out when it will be ready. Eventually today my husband collects \my\" watch. To discover my 1200 km's disappeared on my watch. Then discover it's not my watch at all. I had a specific thing on this watch. When we phone the store. The other watch is also not mine. I am so disgusted with your whole approach and service with my watch. I demand someone finds out where my watch it and gets it back to me. I am reporting this to Garmin as well. Surely as agents this is a poor reflection on an awesome product. "
I paid my tv licence in December, I keep getting messages sent to my phone that my account is not paid. I don't know what is happening at your offices that you cannot track peoples payments. Please stop your harassment with your messages received on a DAILY basis. This is not a new account. Please get back to me and sort this out, I am not responsible for any interest charges on an up to date account
Sunday 19 July I receive an sms from you about some new Customer 3D billing system. If I do not wish to be part of this group I have to let you know before 22 July 2015 and I must phone 082111. Today the 20 July I phone 082111 speak to a Latoya in customer care who has no idea what this is about, I get told after 27 minutes on the phone I must go to Voda World to sort this out, what if I live in Cape Town.? I need to know exactly what this about and I want an answer today. I am tired of you changing during my contract agreement to suit you. If you charge me more monthly for something I cannot get clarity on I will report this to the ombudsman. I find this very convenient that you send these messages on a Sunday and no one at your offices have a clue, nor is there anything on your website regarding this??
Today I get a sms from Vodacom. Saying from next month my contract has gone up. I only upgraded last year and as far as I remember I signed a two year contract with you. I suppose YOUR terms and conditions say that You can change your prices as you feel it suits you. I never have good signal. My calls get dropped frequently. Your data charges are left to be desired and now you ripping me off more. Clearly this is not a service provider I would like to continue having a business relationship with. I wonder how many more angry customers you have now???

I took my Eclectus parrot to the above Dr. He is only 9 months old and it was his first to the Vet. I took him there to get his wings, beak and nails seen too. His one wing was clipped in September 2014 but I have been struggling with it as it was not cut properly and wanted it to be seen to and perhaps advised as to help get it to grow better, as he is getting irritated with it and bites it alot. This vet got an \assistant"to come and handle my child. He used a leather glove and I explained he was very gentle and could be taken out of the carrier by saying step up"
