I booked accommodation at Radisson Blu 'Gautrain' between 12 - 15th Sept 2021. I extended my stay by 1 night (ie. 15-16th) and mistakenly booked Radissan Blu Sandton. I immediately canceled the 'Sandton" booking and re-booked 'Gautrain' which was successful. i contacted booking.com immediately via their app and informed them of the error in my booking and they assured my that if the hotel hasn't collected then money, they will give me a full refund. i contacted booking.com again telephonically and spoke with TJ who assured me that they will refund me but to date, i haven't received my refund.
terrible service - i haven't received my parcel from the 22nd december until today 31 december. i will never ever use aramex again
I serviced my car in August 2015 @ Mccarty Toyota in Ballito. They picked up a fault with the invertor & changed it (within the warranty period). During September, my car continued giving me trouble which I reported to Toyota and they asked me to bring it in. The car was so bad that it was almost not driveable. I took the car in towards the end of September and Toyota Mccarthy informed me that they need to change 3 sensors.We confirmed to order the sensors but they said they can only get them on the 20th December 2015. I called Toyota SA and spoke with Selo Bopape to intervene. She managed to arrange the parts for mid Oct. 2015. The parts arrived on 16th October-they were too busy & bookED the car in for the 20th of October.Took the car in & they could not complete the job in the day & asked us to bring it back the next day (ie. wed 21st October). On the 21st, the car simply would not start thus we hired a tow truck to take it to the Mccarty Toyota.Upon installing the sensors, Mccarty Toyota still could not resolve the problems of the car and later informed us that we need to change the fuel pump which can only be available in Jan 2016. I called Toyota SA, waiting for their reply
I purchased a forklift part from TVH. The part that they supplied was incorrect. I paid for the item and courier costs. I returned the item and am waiting since 23.07.2015<br> Their land line in Durban never seems to be available or engaged nor do I get any response from Ricardo. I did speak with a Mr Siva at their JHB branch, he emailed Ricardo and copied me but even then too, no response.<br> BUCH OF THIEVES!
