I started my debt review removal process with Remove Debt in March. Based on their Hello Peter Reviews, I had faith that they are good company and would deliver on their promise. The sales consultant that I engaged with, promised that within 90 days my debt review flag would be removed, and the process would be expedited if I pay upfront. I paid just over R8000 lumpsum. 9 Months later, I have only received a Court Order in August and I keep getting feedback that there's a delay with the NCR and therefore my debt review flag cannot be removed. I am very disappointed in Remove Debt. This delay is really impacting my life and future plans
I wish I'd have checked Hellopeter reviews before subscribing to BetterMe, they make it impossible to cancel the subscription, I only wanted a 7day eating plan and they keep billing me month after month. They do not respond to emails and cancelling is not an option inside the App and on Google Play. DO NOT, under any circumstances subscribe to this app, just use the free features
I registered my son for grade 1 for 2022 academic year. I was advised that they quickly running out of space and there would be no guaranteed space unless I pay approximately R2800 by or before end of Oct which included Jan tuition fees and Reg Fees. I paid as I had every intention for my son to go to school there. In Nov 2021, I informed them that my life circumstances had changed drastically changed and I could no.longer afford sending my son to a "private" school. I provided them with the proof aas required. They are still refusing to refund the January Tuition and this doesn't make sense. How can I be expected to pay for tuition where as my son will not be going to the school. I understand them not refunding the R400+ reg fee, but the Jan tuition is mine and they are NOT entitled to it. I want my money.
National Consumer Relief is probably the worst debt counselors EVER. They have the most incompetent people. They can't even respond to the simplest email queries. Yet they bill you monthly for an aftercare fee. They've messed up ao much I don't even know what to do anymore. They just USELESS.
On the Last week of August I met with Ari, he sold me a booster pack and promised that after the Dr order goes off on the 1st of Sept a PT would call me to arrange training sessions, Almost 3 weeks later I still had not received a call from Ari, I then left a message with a receptionist, I advised her that I soon will be relocating from Lens therefore I will no longer be training in Lens, I requested for Ari to call me back to discuss whether the booster pack could be transferred, a few days later l still hadn't received a call from Ari. on Saturday 19th Sept I left another message with Khumo, explaining exactly the same thing, Still Ari wasn't bothered to call me back. I then escalated the matter to Anesh the Manager on the 22nd Sept, I explained everything in detail and specifically advised that I have now relocated, He got someone to call me back, interestingly enough, this lady was still under the impression I wanted to arrange sessions in Lens. I again explained to the lady and she promised to go back to Anesh and come back to me, Still not feedback to date. I really just want a refund.
