THINK CAREFULLY....
When we initially joined, they did everything in their power to convince us that this is the best option. However when you sign up because you are desperate, you tend to trust people like Consumer Relief. Thats where you make a big mistake, you will not get out of debt review until ALL your debt is fully settled. They misled us from our first application, and the people working for them get paid to get you into debt review. You will pay these people every month to do nothing, and they will keep you in debt review as long as possible so you can keep paying them. Unfortunately only the company that puts you under Debt Review can get you out of Debt Review, so the longer they keep you there the more money they will make. Read all the other negative reviews.

Horrible service
This company is a ****. They promise to help you with your repayments. Then they make you ign a contract and then they call you with stupid excuses that they were unable to negotiate your terms of payment and whatever you manage to pay they deduct their hefty fee's for services that they can't even render. This was the worst decision I took in my life.

Complaint
I will start by complementing the initial team that was assisting me for the great customer service s****s, thank you. I have wrote several complaints to the company after feeling the pressure on how my debts were being restructured, on the money I am left it I am supposed to maintain 4 kids of which 3 are at primary school of which fees are not included, my bond has been saved but I cannot afford to pay my rates and taxes that I'm asking myself why did I save the property if I can't keep the lights on, the arrangements did not take this into account, I travel to work and I use my car to earn my salary fuel costs not covered and then the groceries, school uniforms and clothing.. At the time I accepted the offer I was being left with R2000 after paying after service fees, my rates and taxes alone are around R3500. Feeling the pressure I wrote to them for a year explaining my situation and requesting that I will manage my account, speak directly to my creditors so that I can save on the service fee of R575 I have to pay monthly. With the understanding that I have the court and I paid them all the necessary fees and would still pay them when I exit. I then found an online advice that I have an option not to pay the 5% I have been getting emails with threads from Sugandree that the lawyers wanted to take action after a year of emails and no solution I opted for debt review to have peace but instead I am harassed by the debt advisors. How do I get assistance on this matter

National Consumer Relief saved my life .
I owe my life to this company. I use to be left with no money at all at the end of the month. I was always borrowing money in the middle of the month. National Consumer Relief approached me right before my house was about to be repossessed.And thank God my home got saved .They have spoken to all my creditors , and reduced my installments. Now i have more money, to cover my my fuel, food etc. Thank you Consumer Relief for changing my life . I will be ever so greatful to yourll

National Consumer Relief saved my life .

National Consumer Relief-Useless!!!
National Consumer Relief is probably the worst debt counselors EVER. They have the most incompetent people. They can't even respond to the simplest email queries. Yet they bill you monthly for an aftercare fee. They've messed up ao much I don't even know what to do anymore. They just USELESS.

National consumer relief has saved my home and car
I was in too much of debt . I had accounts every where because I was going through a bad patch in life. After dealing with consumer relief, I have more money every month to buy extra groceries. And see to my kids . they are truly an amazing debt review company.

Consumer relief took over my family's plight and fought for us so we wouldnt lose our home . their professionalism,ability to explain legal terminology , and empathy for our situation was really outstanding They advise you that if they can't help you find dept relied, they are willing to write off.the debt [06/22, 11:32 AM] Vimla: The debt blaster guarantee that consumer relief is advertising is excellent [06/22, 11:32 AM] Vimla: I was in too much of debt .
