Ruined my life
Biggest mistake ever was to get involved with these *****s. I cancelled with them many many years back and surprise suprise the person I cancelled with is no longer with company how convenient. They are demanding a huge sum of money from me.The owner is a rude arrogant person. I cancelled with them in 2014 and to date I am in the same position. No calls no emails nothing from 2014. Stay away from these guys they will ruin your life trust me I know.They will take your money and you will be paying more and more and more. And how I found out you may ask, I was retrenched from my job in 2018 and when I app**** for a job I was flagged. Thanks to consumer relief I DID NOT GET THE JOB and many more after that.

Ruined my life

Thats where you make a big mistake, you will not get out of debt review until ALL your debt is fully settled. They misled us from our first application, and the people working for them get paid to get you into debt review. You will pay these people every month to do nothing, and they will keep you in debt review as long as possible so you can keep paying them. Unfortunately only the company that puts you under Debt Review can get you out of Debt Review, so the longer they keep you there the more money they will make. Read all the other negative reviews.

They misled us from our first application, and the people working for them get paid to get you into debt review. You will pay these people every month to do nothing, and they will keep you in debt review as long as possible so you can keep paying them. Unfortunately only the company that puts you under Debt Review can get you out of Debt Review, so the longer they keep you there the more money they will make. Read all the other negative reviews.

Horrible service
This company is a ****. They promise to help you with your repayments. Then they make you ign a contract and then they call you with stupid excuses that they were unable to negotiate your terms of payment and whatever you manage to pay they deduct their hefty fee's for services that they can't even render. This was the worst decision I took in my life.

Then they make you ign a contract and then they call you with stupid excuses that they were unable to negotiate your terms of payment and whatever you manage to pay they deduct their hefty fee's for services that they can't even render. This was the worst decision I took in my life.

Dept Relief
I joined dept Relief to assist with my Capitec and standard bank loan loan I joined dept Relief 2021 March and they told me a loan will be refused I am now paying Eight hundred and something, the negotiations was my loan to be reduced and was given an amount of 57,000 balance since 2021 August debit order when I check check my loan balance I am standing at R51,000 but when I count those 800 were debited I should be having a balance of 37000 to 40000 balance I have sent an email to my lawyer but she doesn't get back to me I can't do anything right now and I am worried that I made a mistake but joining this company

Pathetic work ethics
Consumer relief is unprofessional and has no work ethics or value. The treatment they give the staff is absurd. Staff members have to wait for money that is due to them sometimes not even paid on the agreed dates and if asked then you become targeted if questioned u looks like the fool u not supposed to ask why u didn't get
