Travel Generation is officially my travel agency of choice. This agency is nothing short of amazing. We took a 1 day trip to Lesotho on the 2nd of August 2025, that was so well organized and fun. The agency is so great with communication and organization, from sending you the itinerary 3 to 4 times before the actual date to ensure you are well prepared. Their vehicles were clean, warm and comfortable. Their Hosts are the best part of the experience. They have the best team of Hosts who are not only professional but super fun too. At some point it feels like they are besties. If you are a solo traveler contemplating whether to join them or not? This is your sign. They take care of EVERY guest they have, and take pictures and videos of ALL their guests. You will meet other solo travelers and other travelers and you will be one big happy family. My loudest shout out goes to Tersha, I nicknamed her Mirror Mirror on the Wall because she is the greatest of all. She was like a mother hen taking care of all her chick's and we all felt her love. She is dedicated to ensuring that you enjoy your trip and always goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone is happy. This was a day trip but it felt like a weeks trip with the amount of pictures we took and memories we made. Thank you Travel Gen for the amazing trip.
Pathetic does not even begin to describe their food and service. WWe bought their ribs with a side of chips as a take away. While seated waiting for our meal we saw rats running around their kitchen and the dinning area on the left from the entrance. Firstly, the order was completed within 8mins, which was suspicious. Then when we eventually had the food, the chips were stale as if they were from the previous day, the ribs were hard and they were not flame grilled, the onion rings were sour like they were left out to rot. We decided to drive back there to lodge a complaint it was not even 15mins after getting the food. The manager told the waiter to tell us that there is nothing they can do about it and we should leave their restuarant. They did not bother to look at the food or even apologize for the service and quality of food. They just told us to take our food and leave. This makes us believe that we were treated like this because of our ethnicity. I am honestly appalled by their service and their treatment towards us. And we will be making a post on social media about their treatment.
The gentleman by the name Welcome from Fun Company at the Emerald Casino is rude, doesn't understand customer service. He has been rude since we got here. He was rough with me to a point he nearly broke my wrist in the process of him pulling my ball from my hand without speaking to me properly telling me to not use the rail. He is really a bad patron. He even gave us attitude when we asked him to clean up the table as it was sticky and we wanted to place our drinks. If he doesn't want his job he should work elsewhere not where he needs to deal with people everyday.
Amazing service from Mamodiehi at FNB meyerton. She is always willing to assist whnever I go to the branch. She is always smiling and gives stella service.
Guys I would like to rave about the excellent service from pace and SA Motor lease. They always provide a stellar service even when my emotions are high and I shout and become unnecessarily dramatic they remain professional and always assist me. I am in great hands with them and so will you. Thank you Blessing from the Claims department, I owe you flowers after my last review. And thank you Maggie from the SA Motor lease services department. I rest easy knowing that I am in the hands of great professionals that are efficient in carrying out their duties. And a great Big Ups to Munya for helping me, it's almost a year of being their client and I have no complaints.

I am utterly disgusted at the service provided at cash crusaders Three Rivers. I came into the store today with the intention of buy a router, firstly the gentleman didn't seem to know anything about them. Then we showed him the router we wanted to buy, and we asked him why it didn't have a box or manual for setup and he said it's sold as is. When I ask him to set it up in store to prove that it works he said the store is in a mall and due to concrete they cannot test the product. Which is nonsense. When I got home I am unable to step up the router as the default password on the router itself does not work. I believe that the gentleman sold me a router has was blocked that's why he also could not authenticate it in store and opted to use a lie and say "due to concrete, we can't test the product if it works". I deserve an exchange or a refund . I can't just flush R800 in the toilet because I was sold an item that doesn't work.

A few weeks later she starts receiving a million calls from different people, only to find that the number belonged to someone else. She then went back to Vodacom and she was told that Vodacom recycles numbers, if someone is inactive for 3 months their number is given to someone else. She asked for another number because that user was still actively using her number. The gentleman by the name of James said he will give her a different number. When we got home the number does not exist therefore the e-sim does not work. We came back today, only for James to tell us that now we need to pay R25 for him to activate her number. On top of this all, when we ask why doesn't she get monthly invoices for her contract he says Vodacom no longer sends invoices they just deduct funds. Now we left the store with another number which we have been told to wait 4 hours before we can get an activation code. That means we will find ourselves in this store once again. Working with Vodacom Fourways has been a pain and an inconvenience.
I would have rated it a 5 star because when I first rented from them Sarah was amazing and made my process pain-free. They lost 3 stars the moment the rental car was bumped. I had to follow up with them nonstop for the claim. The fact that I made sure all documents were handed in on time, because I needed them to complete the claim ASAP so that I can get my deposit back ASAP, but that is not the case. It has been almost two months since the incident, they have not contacted the 3rd party or their insurance. That means they don't care about the well-being of their clients because I can't get my deposit back until they get the claim money from the client. Yet they are taking their sweet time to claim. This has been a stressful session and I will never recommend them to anyone I know.
I am highly disappointed in SA motor lease. I only got my vehicle a month after paying for it. I was told that the vehicle was at the workshop. I only received my vehicle when I started complaining and threatening to ask for my money back. I then got a call to fetch my vehicle. Today marks 3weeks since I collected my vehicle but I have not received any contract whatsoever even thou I text them every now and then as a reminder. They are unprofessional. They will give you a million calls until you make payment. Once you pay they no longer care about anything.
