I've made a payment on the 3rd of October 2023 on the cell c app for the amount of R1690 to get my account up to date. I phoned Cell c collections department because my line is still suspended, so they said that i need to send a proof of payment to collectionsqueries@cellc.co.za, so i did send my bank statement showing the pay fast transaction of R1690 numerous times, and the feedback i have received from Cell c is that i need to show in witch account i paid it in to. I explained that it was an online payment. They cant find my Payment!!!!!!! who is going to reimburse me for the month that my service was suspended? the money i paid is out of my account and paid to Cell C via their APP. The service in this matter is the worst service ever!!!!!!!! I m not paying my account any further until this matter is resolved and i feel that Cell C need to reimburse me for all the costs that i spend to sort this out!!!!!! VERY BAD SERVICE
Hulle het my geld gesteel, sit nogsteeds met die skuld wat ek oorspronklik gehad het na 6 jaar se "debt counseling" my gat af gesukkel om van dit af te kom en nou is my naam nogsteeds nie skoon nie. Net op 1 rekening amper 40000 rand gesteel. Elryn Fouche nogal die eienaar was my debt counselor. Maar nou is ek dieper in die kak as wat ek was. Dankie julle skelms!!!!! Julle sal julle dag kry!!!!!
Ive been on debt conseling for years with them, the send me statements every month and my debt went off. In lockdown i couldnt pay. I went to standard bank just to find out what if i can make arrangements with them just to find out that my rcp loan is stil at R103000. Where is my money?
Ive applied for a laptop contract in february 2022. I recieved the laptop,the accesories and the wireless pocket router. BUT NO SIM CARD!! So ive phoned customer care and explain the situation to them and they said they will follow up. NOTHING!! So i went to cell c store at montana and did a sim swop out of my own pocket so that i can have my internet. IT WORKED FOR A DAY!!!! So ive phoned customer care and they put me through to tecnical department to sort it out. They will escilate the problem! ITS JULY NOW!!Yesterday i phoned again so they say i need to go to a pep or cell c store to do a sim swop, i did go to pep as i stay far from a cell c store and buy a non rica sim,so i did it and then the excuse was they cant do a sim swop because the previous sim wasnt used. Im paying 499 each month for a service that i dont get!!! 25GB OF DATA THAT I DIDNT GET!!!! BUT THEY WANT THEIR MONEY EACH MONTH!!!!! USELESS!!!!!

hi i went to the cellc branch in kolonade a year ago to pay up my accounts and close it. so the girl working there gave me print outs of what i need to pay to close the account including the last payment at the end of that month. i went to the money market at checkers hyper in kollonade and pay all three accounts. went back to cell c and they send it trough to the accounts department. now a year later they handed my account over to mmm capital for collection. is this the service we can expect from a service provider? or is it case that people aren't doing their work. im really disapointed in this kind of service. i stil have one open contract at cell c which is paid every month, but will definitely look for a other service provider when this contract expire. never had this hassle before.
