Kaylee, my daughter went to FNB to downgrade her bank account as a call centre agent from FNB upgraded her account to an Aspire cheque account. My daughter does not know anything about upgrading as she was convinced that it has to be changed to a cheque account. She is not getting income that is sufficient for this account. She asked on the intenet banking app to downgrade the account to a smart account. She was told she has to go in to the branch. When going into the Walmer Park branch to downgrade the gentleman told her it would be done and a week later it is still not done. She is stressing as she does not want to pay the R120 monthly charge (that was forced on her). We want this sorted, as no one is coming back to her as promised.
I cancelled my subscription in June and deleted it from google play. Yet again end July 2025 Netflix deducted R59. I emailed their email and they never respond. So unhappy with their service.
I am so dissapointed with MWEB. We have LTE uncapped and asked to be upgraded to fibre, but no one s assisting us and no one responds to email, nor the online chat. I requested a refund for the R249 for upgrade, as I do not want this any more and no one can assist me or comes back to me. Worst service ever!!
Account was paid and 5 days later no connection. Phoned twice and cut off after 32 mins 1st time and second time after 22 mins. No wifi and no support. Worst experience ever. No one phones to sort although on fb they say leave your account number and contact number. Disgrace

been waiting for refund 3 weeks. First ordered order number 352841 then they were sending it, then they cancelled it as there was no stock. I had to get a credit to order something else. then ordered order number 357102, they apparently were sending it, then when I asked where my order, they said oh there no stock. I phoned their offices 15 Feb and requested refund via email the week before, so followed up with Michelle Mathebe at call centre Tel 010 1437495 and she told me that there were 3 more working days left in which the money should be paid back to me by Tues 20 Feb. I emailed Tuesday 20 Feb and they are now saying by the end of the week. This is not acceptable. Asked for them to escalate, phoned and waiting on phone 14 minutes after which they cut me off. Still no refund. Terrible service!!!!!!!
My daughter started at Teneo this year and in the beginning of the year she was loaded on the homeschooling plan. That was the mistake made from my side, We requested to be put on the flex plan and they put her on the plus plan and that plan is more expensive compared to the flex plan. This was Teneo's error. We then requested them to rectify this and change her to the flex plan. Teneo didn't do that immediately. They then charged us for their error and will not give my daughter her report of last term because of this. They have also blocked access and we cannot change her subject because they are telling us we are behind with payments and saying they are going to suspend her if we do not pay. We refuse to pay for their mistakes we are up to date with our school fees. Please if you can assist me in anyway it will be greatly appreciated. We have been struggling with teneo from January already my daughter is in a panic because exams start at the end of the month and she has to catch up for her exams for the subject change. This is really pathetic.
Bought online at pnp asap black friday got hlaf of goods. Cancelled order and almost 1 week later still waiting for my funds to be eft back. Approved the email 4 times as they keepmsayinc request money on the ewallet in app. Disgusted as need my refund asap.
