I had 3 *****ulent transactions made, debiting my bank account. It is impossible to get hold of a person at Uber eats. All the contact details on the internet is incorrect, how do you run a business if this is how your customer service is managed?
I ordered cups on the 1 of December and as at today, 8 January, no cups and no feedback from them. I have sent mails, but they do not respond.
We have been trying to get pre-approval for my mother-in-law to undergo life threatening surgery for a week. If you phone or query, they just say they are still evaluating the request. The next time you phone they say they have not received the motivation. This has been sent to them 3 times already. Shocking service
Shocking company. I sent a comprehensive list of items to them, they quoted me for 2 x 8ton trucks and 4 workers. They arrived late (at 11 in the morning) with only 3 people to move. They refused to offload my first truck as Daita (Augustus) have not paid them. After an hour of phoning, they eventually offloaded. The second truck arrived at 19:00 (13km move) with about 40% of the items still at the old house. I had to pay them extra and they collected some of the items, but still had items left at the old address. They eventually left my new house at 4:45 the next morning, with all my items outside and not carried into my house. I had to go back the next morning with a different moving company to collect the rest of my items. These people don't know what they are doing, they are incompetent.
