Intentionally misleading / failing to give me feedback that would have assisted me.
Juwayria Amod and her staff Riva Nkeri of SASSETA misleaded me wrt a training provider. TK 9 Africa failed to submit my training material for verification. After i lodged a complaint Riva intentionally withheld information from me. I therefore did not get recognition for the training completed successfully. The still allow TK 9 Africa to proceed as normal. Even though he acted in bad faith.

Panic button
I got to panic apps for units in my vehicle. Received the units. No activation or assistance. Phoning constantly without success. In the meantime a vehicle sold by me, and reported to them was active on my platform for a month. I have all travelling info on new owner. Make me wonder if i buy secondhand vehicles. Whos having my travelling info.

Dog Training
Absolutely poor service when it comes to SASSETA and PSiRA security and training provider . I will never recommend them for ant training or services.

Not finalizing the agreed dog handler traing
Receive money for Dog handler courses. Advertise as PSiRA and SASSETTA traing provider. 2 years along the line no submission to SASSETTA for verification. Even on request of SASSETTA. OWNER Clinton Cilliers keep on avoiding. He does not have an accessor or moderator employed in the company. However he is accreditted.
