I am extremely unhappy with Vodacom. I have reported my problem 3 times and they fail to resolve it. Vodacom deducted R2020 for my bank account this month and they state that a new 066 number has been added with an upgrade. I have never requested for any upgrade and have told them this 3 times. I have 2 reference numbers and expect Vodacom to resolve my query and refund my money immediately. REF NO: 20 DEC - 1- 4536352394783 and 2 Jan - 1-34553716704872. Its very upsetting that I have to resort to having to place a complaint on HelloPeter and shame Vodacom...
<p>Me Peta at H/O Tshwane decided to close my brand new electricity accounts and transfer balances to my rates and taxes account because he does not know property law regarding testamentry trusts. He failed to transfer all payments made and this resulted in the electricity being disconnected? This happened on Tuesday at 12 noon, 8th of November. After much explaining and producing all payments, Tshwane has still not reconnected the power - 36 hrs later and 14 calls to Tshwane, average wait of 25 minutes - I still cannot get them to reconnect?? I cannot believe that they caused this mess and they have no urgency to reconnect this property? I have contacted the DA Councellor of my area and she does not bother to contact me either...what should I do next? </p>
I stood in a very long queue for refreshments at the credit cards counter on Saturday @ 5H15pm. The service was very slow and when I reached the counter the 2 cashiers disappeared...I must have waited for 5 minutes when I started looking around for a manager. The cleaner approached me with a bad attitude and I asked for the manager. She said she can help, so I asked her is she the manager and she turned around and showed me that she is a cleaner, pointing to the writing at the back of the uniform. I asked where are the cashiers or the manager and she said the manager went home and the cashiers will come. Eventually 1 cashier arrives and I asked her where are the cashiers? She replies that they are off and understaffed. Then I noticed that there was NO pop-pop corn, I then asked the cashier, she said it's coming but she will ask someone to fetch on the Cash Counter side. May I add that, the Cash Counter had no customers with 2 cashiers! <br> After arriving late for the Batman vs Superman movie, our seats (A2 and A3) where taken by someone else and they refused to move...my friend went in search of a manager or someone in charge. He was meant to return and ask the occupants to leave?
