I was trying to buy something online then it said card decline, I then open my app to see that payment is pending I immediately contact the call center they said they cant help, I must wait till money has been withdraw then go into the bank I told the lady on the call center that its was a ***** the company does not exist as we tried to sent them a mail so the name of the company and the name showed on my bank account is 2 different names she told me to wait the payment was still on pending she said she cant stop it,. last year December I've used a company Just Answer they told me once of payment to be paid for them to help then when I went into my bank account I see there is monthly deductions you cant contact or mail them you can only talk to them online I've never subscribe for monthly payments then thy sent me an email to tell me it has been stopped 2 minutes later 12 deductions on pending from the same company so i went into Capitec branch today at Okovango Crossing and the gentle man told me there is noting that they can do. My question is why cant Capitec protect their client from unauthorized transactions you are suppose to protect your clients not help the ****mers. I think its time I closed my account and use another bank
I've asked in Dec 2025 for help they then deduct R520 I was never told that this is a monthly fee today try to contact them see there is R520 deducted in January February and March then they sent me a mail to say its subscription canceled then I saw I on my bank there is another 2 payments after receiving the mail one for R850 and one for R65 try to get it resolved but get no where they are *****s
I've my account with Cell C for about 13 years, I realize that there is a monthly amount on from My assist which I cancel in 2017 already but still deduction every month so when I phone Cell C they told me i must phone the people to cancel my question top the lady was why I must again try to cancel something I never approved why don't they confirm with their clients if they did accept it before just adding to my account how to they protect their clients, I'm not sure who just add stuff without my knowledge there is also Getmore which I manage to cancel today, but the lady from Mi Assist said the agent told her in 2017 not to cancel after my request and today i saw on my account also Content Service no idee what that is so they gave me a nr to punch and will give you the option to cancel when I put it in it show Baseball stream I've never watch baseball nor do I stream because I've DSTV at home. So, to me it looks like people working at Cell C is using clients' accounts and just add stuff and then i need to sort it out. As soon as my contract expire with Cell C I will cancel my contract as I'm sick and tied to fight for things that is just added to my account without my knowledge
For the last 2 months my account jump from between 800 and 900 a month to R3300pm, whwn I querie it at Cape gate the lady told me its for whattsup and Internet as I never use my phone for internet even the updates I do with Wifi I'm very unhappy seems to nobody cn help they just happy to take your money and thank me for be n good client so who is using my internet why such high accouns if I dont use it also they told me some one will come back to me 1 month later again with a big account off over R2000 still waiting
