I would like to lay a formal complaint about Eunice, the front line supervisor at Pick n Pay, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town, who never ever is able to smile or greet, & who has an attitude that stinks, I would like to thank Jonathan, who is always so friendly & always has a smile on his face, Jonathan also took my written, formal complaint about Eunice, this morning. At any given time of day, why are so few tills open, what has happened to the staff at said store, & the staff also are so very unfriendly & seem to be be doing you a favour by serving you, what had happened to good old fashioned customer service?, Pick n Pay, please stop blocking your messages to me on hellopeter.com,this is MOST DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD REVIEW, VERY NEGATIVE, how do I give Pick n Pay, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town less than 0 stars???
"Please cancel the tap function on my Tyme Bank debit card" , why can't the aforementioned be done?, earlier this morning, I went across the road to Pick n Pay, Main Road, Wynberg Cape Town, only to be told by your staff members at the machine that looks like an ATM in the front of the tills at said store, I then eventually managed to speak to another staff member on the phone, who kept on complaining that they couldn't hear me I was using the phone at said store, which is very noisy at said store, the reason that I would like the above-mentioned be done EXTREMELY URGENT PLEASE, is because ****mers, skollies & other undesirable characters walk around with devices that are smaller than the average cell phone, & by aiming the device at your bag, wallet, etc can ***** the info on your bank card, & then use said device to **** you out of money, I managed to do the above-mentioned, successfully from my Capitec Bank card, what's the problem with Tyme Bank, you advertise that ALL OF YOUR BANKING SERVICES ARE SAFE & SECURE, yeah right, heh heh...,, how do I give Tyme Bank less than 0 stars?
Yesterday, Saturday, 30/08/2024, I went to Pick n Pay, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town, liquor store & I bought a Castle Lite 750ml beer, & earlier today I went back to said store for a deposit refund for the empty bottle, only to told that I had to buy something else, "we don't give money for empties", what utter bull**** is this, there is no signage to this effect stating that, it's not about the money, but about the principle, Pick n Pay, what is going on?, it seems like your staff are doing us a favour by serving us...,how do I give Pick n Pay, less than zero stars?, you definitely don't deserve any stars, let alone 1 star...
Good Day, this is NOT the first time I'm complaining about Pick n Pay, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town, & hopefully will be the last time I'm complaining about Pick n Pay, earlier today, I went across the road to said store, & after doing my shopping & paying, I checked my till slip, like I always do, & I noticed that I was over charged for Knorr cup a soup, the price on the shelf displayed as 2 for R40. 00, I went to the customer service counter, & as per usual, I had to wait for a very long time, eventually, when I was served by, Andiswa, the lady on the till at said counter, she was extremely rude to me, saying that this wasn't the first time I was complaining about an item & that I was old, by then, I was so ****ed off with her attitude to me, when I was done, I went to the manager's platform next to customer services, & asked to see the store manager, eventually, Natasha, approached me, & I told her what happened at customer services, & the shocking treatment I had received, Natasha told me that she was going to close said counter & deal with the matter, I asked Natasha what action was going to be taken, & Natasha told me that she couldn't tell me because of POPI, what a load of ****, Pick n Pay, how can you have staff like this in your employ & on your payroll, huh???, Pick n Pay, when you reply & I certainly hope that you do reply, please don't block your reply, because I can't read them, why do you block your replies, what you trying to hide?, & hellopeter.com, please stop emailing me thanking me for a positive review, it MOST DEFINITELY IS NOT A POSITIVE REVIEW, IT'S SO NEGATIVE, GRRRRR...
Tyme Bank, where is my money & why is Tyme Bank taking so very long?, please don't reply via hellopeter.com, you block your replies & I can't read them...
This is MOST DEFINITELY NOT THE FIRST TIME, I'm complaining about McDonald's, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town, this morning, I went to said establishment for breakfast, my order number was 3257, & the price quoted before the total was about R20. 00 difference, why is this, & there is a short lady there that is 1 of your staff members, she doesn't wear a McDonald's uniform, she wears a black skirt with a grey vest, & she is full of you know what, who does she think she is, & after my struggling to order on the terminal, she eventually wanders off, & mumbling something in her language, I'M REALLY NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL BYE THIS & THE DISTINCT LACK OF "SERVICE", GRRRRRRR, how do I give McDonald's, Wynberg, less than zero stars???????

Yesterday afternoon, Friday, 12th of April, just after 3pm, I ordered an orange juice & a cheese & tomato sandwich, after about 20 minutes I was so ****ed off, because it was taking so very long to get my order, eventually, at about 25 to four, my order was brought to my table, why did this take so long?, I'm REALLY NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL, order number 3468 & table ten number 29,WHAT THE ****** HELL IS GOING ON, WHY DID IT TAKE SO VERY LONG?, McDonald's, Cavendish Square, Claremont, Cape Town, you were not that busy, GRRRRRRR,, hellopeter.com, please DO NOT email me thanking me for writing a positive review, it most DEFINITELY IS NOT A problem review, very negative, how do I give this establishment like this 0 stars????
On Saturday, 23rd. of March 2024,money was *****ulently deducted from my Tyme Bank savings account : Wynberg Pick n Pay, R110. 00 at 17h20 & R157. 30 at 16h38, Total amount *****ulently deducted from my account = R267. 30, & Wynberg Spar, R239.93 at 12h23, R165. 34,Total amount *****ulently deducted from my account =R405. 27, Total amount that Tyme Bank owes me = R672. 57, my Tyme Bank card was & always with me at ALL times, I have reported this to Tyme Bank, & they gave me a reference number: 146794, after reporting this, Tyme Bank sent me an sms telling me that my claim was denied, what a load of nonsense, how soon will you be refunding my money back to me, that you so *****ently deducted from my savings account, I have proof of this, I'm a pensioner & I really need my money to survive, kindly refund my money back to me as a matter of EXTREME URGENCY please, thank you.
