On the 5th August 2022 i placed an order with homechoice. I paid cash. When i call homechoice, the consultant do not give me a clear answer of when will i receive the order. No one seem to locate where is the order, i am just told it is in Pretoria and where exactly in Pretoria is? Since well i know that Homechoice use a courier to deliver the parcel, why does it take so long to be delivered. They cannot even locate the courier that should deliver the parcel. Will you kindly pay bag the full refund of the money i paid for the parcel. Check your emails as i have already send all the document needed. Thank you James
On the 15th February 2016 I phoned odi water service in 0127019700 TO Report Meter Leakage and I was told that the People Who Works With Repair Of Leakage will be send to repair. I made a follow up on the 18th February 2016, I was told that there is a long list of leakages and people will be sent. On the 24th February 216 went to odi personally and I was assured that on the 25th or 26th they will come and if they didn't come, must contact them on the 29th. On the 1st March contacted odi water services, the different explanation was given that there are no equipments. My question is why are we taken from pillar to post and for how long should we wait for odi water services to respond to our problems. Every time we call, we receive a different explanation. Please odi water service will you please come and fix the meter leakage and please also rectify my account as I am paying every month.

On the 16th July 2015 I called telkom 10210 to lodge a fault on my phone as it was not working. I wanted to load a waya waya voucher on the phone as by the end on the month was to be suspended. I received a reference number and on the 21 July I got another SMS from telkom informing me that the fault is in the hands of a technician. Till then no correspondence from telkom. On the 28 october I called 10210 to check the process of the fault. I was given 0800115357 to call because they say they cannot solve my problem. When I phone that number I was told that the number is discontinued and that the department that have to help me, they have already knocked off, i must call the following day. I phoned 0800115357, I was told that I have to call 10210 as they cannot help me. When I call them, I was told that they cannot help me as the number is cancelled and that they cannot open the number as they are no longer installing waya waya numbers anymore. On all this calls I was using my cellphone. My question is, how can the number been cancelled whereas I'm still waiting for telkom to respond and what made or who cancelled it as it was under technical department? Please respond.
Customer Support Team, how far are you with my complain? Because this thing is annoying me. Since I've been waiting for you to resolve my matter because again at 8:35 I received a call again from homechoice from this number +27873623995 about the promotions and by that time I was in a meeting. Why do you like to disturb me in my work? Please make sure you resolve this matter.
I have phoned homechoice several times to request them to remove my number on telemarketing sales promotion they have. I have phoned 5 times and they give me reference numbers for the call saying my number will be removed without any improvement. As I am writing this report, I got a call from this number +27 873623800 saying they are calling from homechoice. This calls are annoying me especially when I'm dealing with patients. This sale promotions are disturbing me. Please the management of homechoice solve this problem for me. Because if it continues this way, is goodbye from me with homechoice.
I'm not happy by the attitude of consultants at gems the way they treat us. I have been trying to call gems from April 2015 till now and it is my sixth call I made with gems regarding a pathology query and I have to wait for 20 minutes on the phone without the consultant not coming back to me and when I try to explain to a consultants all of them are rude to me. I don't know where to report especially when you don't get an assistance from gems. Really gems is treating me badly.
I keep on calling gems to enquire about my medical claims. Every time I go to service providers, medical doesn't pay the whole claim. When I call them they put me on hold for a long time and my problem is not solved. I went to collect blood at the laboratory and the medical didn't pay the pathology the whole claim. I called gems 3 times on the 29th May 2015 and kept me on hold for 20 minutes without responding to Me. To be honest since last year, gems have been treating me very badly. Can someone come with a solution to all the problems I have with gems.<br> Thank you
