I am so disappointed in these people's communication. I paid the whole amount and even after 90 days, no one is giving you feedback. I have no idea the stance of my situation as no one is getting back to you. If you call, no one picks up and if someone does, they will get back to you and then they never do. I still don't know where I stand today after the 90 day period. It's disgusting!

on 29 October i logged my complaint on Hellopeter. I still did not get feedback from Mobilesplus and my BIS is still deactivated! And when i ask to cancel this pathetic service, all they want is the cancellation fee. How ridiculous can you be to pay for such a bad service?
On 22 Sept my BIS was activated just to be disconnected again on 4 October. I have been contacting Mobilesplus since then and every time i have to call without proper feedback from them. Its 29 October and my BIS was still not activated again. When i have asked to cancel this pathetic service they said I had to pay R800! For what? They are pathetic where service is concerned and i have not been in more than a month or 2! I still want to get out seeing that i'm not getting any service at all!
