i applied for a credit card online, i then needed a branch code and took too long to find it for my otp and then my time ran out, i was almost on the final step, i then tried to call centre and took forever on the line until my airtime got finish, i cannot continue online application because i did not save my reference numbers, please can someone contact me to finalize my credit card application and i would like to change my amount
I logged a complaint on hello peter on wednesday after not receiving feedback from the TFG group, i was then responded to saying someone will contact me, it is now 2days later and still no feedback, i have been struggeling for a week to get someone to assist me, this service is now disgusting
i have a sterns account, i am trying to find a HI store in gauteng, i have emailed customer care twice but no feedback, i then tried to other a phone online but because my cell phone number has changed i am been sent the OTP to the wrong telephone number, i then tried to call them to update my cell phone number and am holding on forever until my airtime is finish, please can someone assist me
i have been calling fnb since this morning, i finally get through as i want to get a new card online as my old card is damaged, the call centre person firstly did not no if i will pay for a new card secondly she did not understand why its not giving me the option online to replace my card, instead of her sorting the problem out she transferred me back to the call center so someone else can assist me, should this not be something she should no, i have been wasting my airtime calling whole morning and still cannot get assisted i get transferred back to the call centre
I have been holding on the line forever even until my airtime is FINISH, i am looking for Selma Simgane she contacted me and assisted me with my credit card and i need to speak to her again urgently concerning a query i have, she is the only one in the credit card department who knows my query, please can she contact me back urgently
i went into Midrand motor spares in december for a bmw 1series clutch kit, the guy told me its R3700 but if i come in January it will be R2400, i then waited, i called in January concerning the clutch kit he then tells me it is now R4200 as his supplier picked the price up, he should have not wasted my time of giving me wrong pricing if he was not sure, i could have done my clutch kit in december if he did not waste my time, DONT GIVE PRICES IF YOU NOT DAM SURE
its now 2WEEKS and my complaint is still not dealt with, this is my 3rd time on hello peter with the same complaint,I logged a complaint about Woodmead bank about a service fee that im charged for that I am disputing as I was NOT informed of the fee, I received a call from Bheki Ngiyani and I was highly disappointed in his service, I then said I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO ANYONE FROM WOODMEAD BANK and then I got a call from Dima from Randburg square on Monday 14 Dec,saying she is dealing with my complaint and will get back to me in 24hrs as she agrees i should have been informed, she gets back to me FRIDAY saying she cant assist and shoves me back to woodmead FNB, I am disappointed in the service I am getting from FNB and I'm at a point where I feel like moving to another bank now, I want someone who is going to assist me to sort this query out SOMEONE WHO EARNS THE TITLE OF BEEN MANAGER UNLIKE THESE 3 PEOPLE, Dima gave me her word she would assist and clearly that was a lie.my complaint is been passed around and no one seems to care, WOODMEAD BRANCH IS GIVING FNB A BANK NAME!!! i will not let this go, i want a contact number to lay a complaint on these managers as well!!!!
I went into the bank to draw a large amount of money, i was not informed that i was going to pay such a large amount for service fees, where the hell must i get the money to for the service fees end of the month, i then get a call from the manager called Bheki Ngiyani that has no idea what he is talking about its shocking how he even if a manager, he tells me i signed terms and conditions saying how much i will pay if i drew money inside the bank how much it will cost, I then asked him to send me those terms and conditions and he couldn't, he then said I should have asked the teller about how much i will pay for service fees SHOCKING, IS THIS MY JOB TO DO, DO I WORK FOR FNB, I want this query to be taken further because i was not given correct information, I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH ANYONE FROM FNB WOODMEAD BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. Bheki customer service as a manager is terrible he was more defending the bank than understanding what im saying as a customer and helping me, he told me I can go post on hello peter and ombudsman and I won't get any help, I want someone higher to deal with this!!!
I went to the bank to draw money inside, i see on my statement that i am now been charged for drawing money inside, i was never informed of this, this is a charge that i dont even have end of the month, why was i not informed if i draw a large amount of money inside the bank i will need to pay such a big service fee
I saw a car on auto trader and OLX by the company Nagoya Auto Traders/Chief Auto Traders/Jan Japan auto traders, they advertise cars for sale and if you stay out of the country they say you need to pay a deposit, they talk so good and convince you that they not scammers, after you pay your deposit they dont contact you back and take your calls, they use different names all the time, look out for these scam people their numbers are 0719612839 and 0782049566, dont buy from the above companys because they DONT EXIST, they even have a website and open an STD bank account thats name is Inter Africa, they give different shop address WHICH DONT EXIST BY THEIR COMPANY one address is Nogoya auto traders<br> 151 edwin swales drive, Rossburg, Durban 4062, This company closed down 5years.they even tell you to come look at the car if you in durban and when you get there they make excuses that they not there, DONT PAY THESE SCAMMERS ANY MONEY AND DONT DEAL WITH THEM BECAUSE THERE ARE NO CARS, DONT BE FOOLED BY THEM, I WAS FOOLED AND I WAS SCAMMED<br>
