Today 10 March 2023, we had to come and pick up a order of roses for my dauthers wedding. They said we must be here at 7 a clock but we said it is a bit early we will be here at 7h30. On a rival we waited a half and our before some help us. And then we were told that our order is not there any more. This is not good for a place this big.
So I when back to the MTN store in Kolonnade Mall on Sunday 14 August 2022 because it is my nearest MTN store. After an hour that we sit and wait that I can do the upgrade and sim swap I could only do the sim swap. I could only do a sim swap, because the data upgrade I want to do with a router, the router is not showing on stock on their system but they have stock so how does that work and the the is no manager in store only supervisor that is to busy and can not even put stock on the system. This is really unprofessional and bad service from the store
On Sunday the 7 August 2022 I and my wife went to the Mtn store in Kolonnade shopping center early in the morning to do a upgrade on my data contract and a sim swap on her phone that was stole on the 16 June 2022. At the store the consultant when into my account for the upgrade and then the sim swap. The consultant said to me I can not do a upgrade or sim swap because the account was block due to the sim I reported stolen on the 16 June 2022. He will locked it and then follow it up on Monday 8 August 2022 because that department work only during the week. On Monday 8 August 2022 9:30 I decided okay I will also phone and find out what is going on, so I phone a Mtn Champ to assist me and that person told me he can not assists me he must escalate the matter so I ask to speak to a manager the and he drop the phone on me. I the called back and A lady help me very kind and every thing and said to me hold on she is going to consult with the relevant department and she came back to me and said it is fixed I can now go and do the sim swap and upgrade. I did not had time to go the and when 15:30 to the store and told the consultant that help me that I have phone and they said the matter is resolved I can go on. He went on the system and said still the system say it is block. I phone again a MTN champ and explained to him the whole story and then he came back to me and said but it take 72 ours to been fix. I want to ask him how is it possible and he drop the phone on me. Again I called bank and speak to another champ and he could also not assist me I ask to speak to a manager and he could not put me through I ask to put me through to the upgrades department and spoke to Denise she had trouble to upgrade my date contract and said she is going to put me through to services the they must uplift the buying tick that I can upgrade but the phone dropped in the proses. I decided to go back to the store this was now 16:30 and I was still their because it is a long way driving up and down so I ask the consultant can't he phone the service department and ask them to lift that hold that I can do the upgrade so long. He phone and the person on the other side told him the same story so I left angry from the store. Their was no intention to help my the system says that and that is that. In the car I phoned again a champion but this time to lay a complaint he put me through to a lady that listen to my complain and she she is going to put me through to a lady in upgrades that will help me but she first explain to her also they check for me and can't find any block on my account and said she makes a note on my account if I go to a store and their is problem the must phone them. I did not yet go to a store but will go on the weekend. But not back to the store in Kolonnade shopping center.
I took my Suzuki Swift for its first service the 16 February 2022 all well and done. But the next morning I discovered a oil leak where my vehicle were parked and the noise I said was not fixed. After I received a courtesy call the next day I complaint about it. The service manager phoned me back that afternoon but their was no time that they can look but they will come and get my car the Friday. In the meen time I discovered that the sump plug was not titend and that is the oil leak. They came and fetched my car Friday and done everything but then they phone me and told my my car was bumped but they will fix it till today have not heard any thing from Suzuki Hatfield
