Took my Haval H6 for 75000km service, thinking these guys will do all that needs to be done. How wrong was I!! They were supposed to have changed the gearbox oil on thus service as per my service book.My gearbox started jerking at gear change, took it to Haval which said my gearbox needs to be replaced. Thinking warranty would cover it I wasn't worried, until I received the phone call today to say it's been rejected because Steve's Auto Clinic didn't replace the oil!! These guys get their service schedules from who knows where, definitely not the correct places!! If you value your warranty, don't use these guys!!
Worst ****ing bank EVER!!! App not working for over 15 hours, NO ATM to transfer money from, all in closed facilities after 10pm. Changing banks tomorrow!! Absolutely shocking!!!!
The most pathetic service I have EVER received!!!!!!!! They deliver the wrong gift for my sister for her birthday! Lethabo forgets to log the problem! Nothing gets rectified! I phoned 8 times!!!! Nobody wants to help me!!!!!!! My sister didn't receive the gift I had ordered for herπππππ and they refused to refund me!!!!!!
I have sent 2 previous reviews as my account has been disabled for 4 months. I've tried numerous times to contact Legal with NO success!! Most pathetic service ever!! If this is not sorted by tomorrow, MTN will not get another sent from me as I refuse to pay for a service I cannot use!!!
I've sent a complaint over a month ago and I still can't do a Sim swap!!! I am fed up!! Worst service ever!! If could just cancel my contract I would!! Vodacom has given me so much better service!! Pathetic!! Legal department don't answer their phones and never reply to any emails!!
Morning, my account was blocked because my phone was stolen. I tried endless times to contact Legal with NO success! I've paid my account up to date at the end of March and my account is still blocked. Absolutely rubbish service!
