Pending claim
I'm having the worst experience with Netcare Gap Cover, I was hospitalized and medical aid didn't pay everything. I then paid from my pocket and submitted a claim, from the 20th November I'm still waiting and when I call, they say they are still busy. How long does a claim take to process?0 replies
