Worst service received trying to call and change a flight on SAA, waiting online as I type this already 30 minutes with no answer, this was a emergency flight change and no answer at SAA. Can not believe the horrible service trying to change a flight time. Now they want to kick out the other airlines that gives customer service as well, get your service right and we will fly with you again, but for now, this was the worst experience we ever had and we will not fly SAA again. South Africa once again, just living up to it's name of a no service country.
I wanted to thank Eva for the excellent assistance. We booked a Zanzibar trip with some misunderstanding, but Eva immediately assisted and changed it to our dream spot. Thank you for the easy assistance it was a pleasure booking with you.
Do not buy a car at this place, they sold me a vehicle that was market on the 100 point check as not being in a accident from the Audi garage and they will not pay under warranty, only to find out it was, they also put 2014 tyres on my car brand new with lots of thread but from 2014, so if something happened to my vehicle the insurance will not pay out cause the tyres is more than 5 years old. Again never buy there they will do you in and sell you cars that is "new" but in accidents.

Upgraded my Telkom ADSL line from 4mps to 10mps and the speed never changed, paying for a 10mps line with 4 mps speeds and all Telkom says it is correct on their system, the technical department says they see it is still 4mps but the sales department keeps on saying it is 10mps, I am cancelling their service sucks.
