Graceland Casino and Arena Area
Service is utterly appalling! Way understaffed and not one non alcoholic beer (Heineken 0.0, Corona 0.0, castle free etc) available in the conference centre, all three bars and in the restaurant. People were waiting forever to be served. I don't see how the Casino area will last much longer. Really disappointed.

Bad Management
I am very disappointed to say the least. I live in Kriel MP and we drove to Pretoria to buy things at Makro. We spent 2.5 hours shopping in Makro Wonderboom. All our groceries, Christmas presents and birthday presents were rung up at the till. And when we wanted to pay with the Makro Credit card we were, ONLY THEN, informed that the system has been offline since 8am that morning. When I went to query as to why they didn't inform shoppers before hand (at the door or over the intercom) the lady told the announcer to make an announcement.
