Booking a potential party at Ipic play is a nightmare with outdated limited themes and a dont care...take it or leave it attitude. They dont permit you to bring anything in which one could understand as damageto walls etc......nor are you permitted to bring in theme of party packs or a sticker of the theme for the plain party boxes that they provide. You are not asking the impossible for backdrops or banners...just let me bring in a sticker that goes on a cardboard party box...still no. So unless you into outdated themes like frozen, pepper *** etc you can't give your child what they want and what is reasonable. We wanted a Raya and the last dragon theme...Sorry Ipic play...Your service is definitely not party / customer friendly. If anyone who has a child in grade R onwards that wants to choose what they want for a party theme (my child is turning 6)instead of a parent that decides the theme for toddler...best to look elsewhere! In these economic times...ipic play is careless and not very financially savvy as they could've made a lot more money and they are not cheap to begin with. Really pathetic service and attitude considering Covid regulations are dropping and children are going to want better options.
Absolutely no assistance from Nedbank deceased estate department. There is no contact telephone number for them and the they never reply to emails sent. My late father was over the past ten years a loyal Nedbank customer . Nedbank was happy to have his investments while he was alive , now when we are in need to settle debts left behind they do not even bother to reply to emails sent. The estate has taken just on two years to wrap up with Nedbank been the only one holding the process up and not paying our funds over into our executor's account. The fact that you can not speak to someone telephonically is pathetic , I've tried the call centre on numerous occasions and even out of desperation tried the branch where the investment was opened , needless to say this was a waste of time. I certainly will not be making any further use of Nedbank's services and caution anyone else to think twice.
Very poor service offered to a client of 12 years , If this is how they treat loyal customers I feel sorry for the new ones. I have not lodged a claim for 12 years , I had a water leak last year and put through a claim for bathroom and flooring repairs that was rejected as according to them it was not specified and was told to move to a fully comprehensive option . I did as suggested at a major additional cost per month. It comes at no surprise that when I put a claim in last week for a flooring issue it was rejected. The best of all it took 2 weeks and many calls from my side to follow up to receive the bad news. I seriously would not recommend Outsurance to anyone. I foresee the ombudsman having to get involved and a cancellation of my policy.
