If you are renting property from this company here are the things you should know that they do to ****** money, which is what happened to me residing at their property in Tiara's Rest (Roodepoort): * They change the contract dates to suit them so that they charge you penalty fees on the month you want to leave * They charge high lease renewal amount annually - They charged us R1878 to renew the lease for 2025. We had a challenge completing the lease renewal for first time on their app which they were informed about (even evidence was sent to them about the challenges). They then sent letters of demands and eviction demanding extra money of R1733 for late renewal whereas the fault was on their app *They sent threatening messages when you wash your own car in parking bay. They say that you are not allow to wash your car inside their yard even when you are using your own paid water * They do not respect tenants and harass you with calls and emails even for money you may not be owing them. The tone and manner of their communication is very rude and harsh to tenants
On have betting online with WSB and won an amount R7000. It has been close to a 3-week journey trying to cash out those funds without any luck. They dragged the processed the by closing my account and accused me of closing from my side when I did not. They took me from pillar to post when I tried to change my surname in my account with them even though I had sent all the FICA documents they requested. After many calls pestering them for me to cash out my fund, they resolved the fica and surname issues but they eventually suspended my account saying that I have 2 accounts when I have one.
I took up a new contract with Cell C end of January 2016 and requested for a number change. The sales agent failed to do so and i had to call the call center more than 5 times since then for them to action my request and they wanted to charge me R250. The number change was then done by Excellent who said he was a team leader in the sales dept. on 17.03.2016 but Cell C mix up numbers. I requested for the 0624727068 number which came with the contract to be replaced with my already existing prepaid number 0749238851. However, Cell C has now deactivated both numbers and provided me with the number 0619834284 and don't know whose number it is. I have called Cell C since the night of 17.03.2016 and spoken to 3 agents who could not assist me and advised me the Excellent or other team leaders or their I.T will contact me and i still await response from them. Both my cell c numbers are deactivated and i'm left stranded with no phone line to use and with a number i dont know
