Do not order from this company. They take your money and you never receive your goods. When you query the delay they speak of an influx of orders a not enough staff. I ordered my goods in July and I've received nothing
I placed an online order in mid to late November for coffee pods. Half my order was correct but the other half was incorrect. I have called and emailed but nothing has been resolved. I will be very cautious in future using their online offer to purchase coffee. This has been most disappointing
I ordered a gift for a friends birthday. It should've been delivered on 28/07/20. It still has not been delivered. What makes it worse is that they have sent two notifications on two different days to say my recipient has signed for it. On one of these occassions I KNOW that the recipient was not at home. Great gifts very poor service and dishonest. Not great
My Four stars is not for NetFlorist but for SIHLE who has gone over and above to help sort out my problem. NetFlorist has superb stock but almost every delivery I have there is a problem. Sihle is the third person I spoke to and he did a great job. NetFlorist you have a GEM hold onto this young man.
