Do not order from this company. They take your money and you never receive your goods. When you query the delay they speak of an influx of orders a not enough staff. I ordered my goods in July and I've received nothing

Worst service. These are con artists. Made an order in July and after an number of follow-ups with Lynn M, I was promised my refund. Now they no longer respond to my emails. Their website is also down. I will lay a charge against them.

My order was confirmed on 12 July, I had one reply after that and since silence on all my replies!

Order placed beginning of May 2023, still not received. I have emailed the Support Centre which responds now and again. At first it was delays because order had to be fulfilled from overseas because of demand, then the courier company, ad then I'll follow up and get back to you. My final request was for a refund which had to routed to higher up, and when I request an update there's silence. Shocking service.
